There is a bit of a dispute online right now about the actual salary that WWE is paying Alberto Del Rio. One source has him being paid approximately $1.5 million, while another conflicting source states that it is much less than that. Konnan decided to chime in since he knows Del Rio personally. The former WCW star stated that Del Rio would not be back with World Wrestling Entertainment if he wasn't making a ton of money.

Earlier in the month, the internet wrestling community was shocked when it was revealed that Carlito was close to a deal to make his return to WWE after five years away. Some bad news has surfaced. It looks like the company made a salary offer that was so low that it could be viewed as insulting. The star from Puerto Rico is still willing to listen to offers if the front office were to raise the amount of money being offered.

Now that he is no longer with the company, Gunner is freely talking about why TNA allowed him to leave. For starters, he feels that the company is still trying to trim the budget, so his salary was something that they didn't want on their books. Secondly, the man legally known as Chad Lail feels that he upset management when he complained about not being used properly.

One of the added benefits of NXT doing a national tour is that it might enable the company to increase the amount of money that is being paid to the performers. That, of course, depends heavily on whether or not they can turn a profit from the live events. Based on the results that we have seen during the testing period thus far, it looks likely to happen. A champion like Sasha Banks would more than likely have a higher salary than others.

A lot of information gets released when a big lawsuit is taking place. Since he is suing WWE for damages that were done to him while he was working for them, we now now how much Big Vito was making. His salary for the year was $75,000, which should come as a shock to fans who assume that wrestlers are paid a whole lot more than that. He was also given a percentage of merchandise sold, which really amounted to very little.

As a sign of how desperately ROH wanted the Briscoes to stick around instead of leaving for WWE, there are rumors floating around right now that the front office has offered Jay Briscoe the lead booking position, which would enable him to keep he and his brother looking strong for this next portion of their careers. Combine that position of power with a higher salary than what the competition was offering, and you can understand why he stayed.

If there is one good thing about AJ Lee retiring from WWE, it's that her departure opens up the door for another female performer. A roster spot and salary slot have been open. A diva on the main roster right now has a chance at filling that void, but that is highly unlikely. More than likely, the company is going to look at the developmental divas in NXT. Charlotte is first in line, but the company is also high on Sasha Banks and Bayley.

Believe it or not, there is a good amount of people online who search for naked photos of the Great Khali. Some of the searchers are curious people in the United States. The majority of these people, however, are from his home country of India, where he is revered as a huge star. His popularity over there was the reason why WWE paid him such a high salary for all those years. Fortunately for us all, none of these images exists.

It looks like things are pointing up for WWE. During a shareholders announcement, the company revealed that several of their high ranking executives were given raises. Vince McMahon got a nice boost in salary, and his right hand man Kevin Dunn did as well. The CFO and the head of their movie studios were two others receiving raises. Triple H received a raise as well, but interestingly enough, there was no mention of Stephanie McMahon.

Since he was making a really good living in Japan, one of the issues that needed to be cleared up before signing Hideo Itami to a contract was his salary. Normally, WWE does not pay a whole lot of money to their developmental wrestlers. Itami would have had to taken a steep pay cut to join NXT. However, since management feels that he can be a marketing asset, they instead offered him a higher than normal salary on his deal.
