While it initially bothered him pretty badly, rumors have it that Roman Reigns has been handling the boos from live audiences pretty well now. It actually shows in his face if you pay close enough attention. The belief is that WWE has reassured him that they are going to be sticking with him as a main event performer. The front office really wants him to do well because they devoted a lot of resources in pushing him over the last two years.

There are speculations floating around that WWE is doing an about face with the New Day stable and are actually considering a push for the trio. Rumors were started when the official company website published an article where it suggested that management might bring back the Freebird Rule, which would enable Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston and Big E Langston to share the tag team championship. It could just be a tease from the writers.

Earlier in the year, there were talks that WWE was going to turn Naomi into a heel so that they can give her some momentum for a push through the divas division. Rumors have now surfaced that those plans were shelved because producers of Total Divas would much rather focus on a story line that shows friction between she and Natalya. The belief is that part of the reason why the tag team titles were switched was to help add drama to this story.

It looks like those rumors about Kevin Owens being given a quick push by WWE were true. He is now the new NXT Heavyweight Champion after the latest Takeover event. The title change took place because the referee stopped the match. He feared for the safety of Sami Zayn, who had taken numerous power bombs from Owens. Since the pin never happened, Zayn still remains strong, and the feud should be able to continue just fine.

Even though the change was made this month, there are already rumblings that we could be seeing another change in the form of the Smackdown announcers. According to rumors, there have been no timetable set backstage by WWE for the return of Zeb Colter. While officials still view him as a valuable asset for the company, there is no sense of urgency in bringing him back, especially since there are no plans for pushing Jack Swagger from now until Wrestlemania. Since that is the case, there is a good chance that they might hold off the well spoken manager until that point in time.

Rumors are floating around that WWE officials are not pleased with the debut of The Ascension on Monday Night Raw this week. The belief is that the entire segment fell a bit flat, despite management pairing them up with the popular duo of The Miz and Damien Sandow. Viktor and Konnor showed a lot of enthusiasm and energy, but the audience simply did not connect with their gimmick. Their push could be greatly affected by the first impression they gave.

Rumors are floating around right now that the New Day will be given a featured spot at the Royal Rumble, where Xavier Woods and Big E Langston are expected to be a part of the annual big spot from Kofi Kingston. Management halted the push that the trio was supposed to get, but an exciting spot during the battle royal could help to change all of that. No word yet on what Kingston has planned, but you can be certain that he is already thinking of it.

When Ryback made his return to WWE not too long ago, many were surprised that he was given a pretty good push by management. Many were under the belief that he was going to be pushed back into the main event again after spending a good amount of time on the under card. However, rumors are now floating around that the big guy was only being built up, so that Rusev could have someone to work against before moving up to work a program with John Cena.
