The belief is that the company is trying to stack as many big names as possible with John Cena on the sidelines. Some are concerned that bringing Hogan back will result in backlash from the media, while others believe that all has been forgiven. Hogan will more than likely be making an appearance.

The source of the speculation stems from the fact that the Chief Brand Officer of WWE posted on social media that she was training for the event. There were rumors last year that she might work a match against UFC star Ronda Rousey, but that is not on the table. Stephanie could just be training so she looks good for the show.
