At the risk of alienating WWE fans, Shawn Michaels was pretty honest when he was recently asked about the current product. He stated that he was a fan of Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns. However, he also revealed that he does not watch the shows that much nowadays. It apparently no longer interests the former world heavyweight champion.

Reigns vs Rollins vs Ambrose

As of right now, WWE has Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose booked in a ladder match for the world heavyweight championship at Money in the Bank. That might be changing. Rumors are floating around that management is throwing around the idea of having Roman Reigns winning the MITB and cashing it in immediately. Payback 2015 main event

In the main event of Payback, Seth Rollins successfully retained the world heavyweight championship by defeating Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and Randy Orton in a fatal four way match. Plenty of interference from Kane, Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble throughout the match. A small reunion between the Shield got the audience really hyped up. Sheamus winning IC title

Initially, WWE had planned on giving Sheamus a big heel push so that he could challenge Roman Reigns for the world heavyweight championship. However, those plans were scrapped, and we now have a heel champion in Seth Rollins. The front office knew that there was only so much they could push the Celtic Warrior before he hit the ceiling. Well, rumors are floating around now that they are going to give him the Intercontinental Championship to work with.

WWE edits curb stomp

For those of you that are still in denial about WWE banning the curb stomp finishing move, the company has outed themselves once again. This time, they have edited the big moment in the main event where Seth Rollins uses that move on Roman Reigns to win the world heavyweight championship. The clip shows him getting ready for the move, but then the front office edited the scene and replaced it with a shot of the live audience instead.

WWE live event changes

Fans attending WWE live events this upcoming weekend might be in for a bit of disappointment if they were looking forward to see John Cena and Randy Orton. The two of them have been pulled from the road. Management is going to try to supplement the show by having Seth Rollins defending the heavyweight championship against Roman Reigns on one tour. The other will be headlined by Rusev, Dean Ambrose and Ryback.

Seth Rollins retaining title

While WWE has done a solid job of trying to make us believe that Randy Orton has a chance of walking away with the world heavyweight championship at Extreme Rules, the current plan consists of Seth Rollins retaining the belt. He more than likely will be cheating to get that done. Since the front office doesn't want to do a straight up rematch, the belief is that Roman Reigns will be thrown into the mix at Payback in a triple threat match.

Rusev plans changed

When WWE decided to put the world heavyweight championship on Seth Rollins instead of Roman Reigns, that changed up plans that they had for Rusev. Initially, he was supposed to have been built up as a top level heel challenger for Reigns. Now that another heel is in the top spot, there is only so much that the Russian sympathizer can be pushed. The belief is that management extended his feud with John Cena, so they can figure out what to do.
