Brock Lesnar blading

Since there is speculation within the internet wrestling community that Brock Lesnar purposely bladed himself at Wrestlemania during his main event title match against Roman Reigns, WWE felt that they needed to address the issue publicly. Management stated that it against their policy for the performers to purposely cause themselves to bleed during any of their shows. They stated that they are a family friendly product.

Orton vs Rollins

In a very logical move, WWE has decided to do a Wrestlemania rematch between Randy Orton and Seth Rollins at Extreme Rules. This time, however, the world heavyweight championship will be on the line. Management set this up at the previous pay per view by having Orton defeating Rollins before the latter went to cash in the Money in the Bank briefcase on Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar in the main event.

Brock Lesnar bleeding

As many of us witnessed, Brock Lesnar lost a bit of blood during his Wrestlemania main event match against Roman Reigns. There are speculations from the internet wrestling community that Vince McMahon allowed him to blade himself, a policy that the company has banned. NXT at Wrestlemania

To promote the brand that he is currently in charge of, Triple H noted that all but one match at Wrestlemania featured someone that trained at NXT. Antonio Cesaro, Luke Harper, Seth Rollins, Paige, Rusev, Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns and several WWE stars in the Andre the Giant battle royal all went through the developmental program. The only match that did not feature someone from there was the one between HHH and Sting.

Wrestlemania main event

Every single year, WWE spends a ton of hours planning out Wrestlemania, and every single year, something or another goes wrong. Management planned out the timing of the event, even going as far as removing the Andre the Giant memorial battle royal from the main card. However, that still did not prevent them from being forced to cut down the amount of time given to the main event. Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns lost ten minutes or so.

Seth Rollins cashes in

During the seventh match at Wrestemania, Seth Rollins shocked the world by cashing in the Money in the Bank briefcase after Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar pounded one another rather brutally for several minutes. Fans showed their disdain for Reigns during the match, so they cheered heavily when Rollins appeared on the verge of winning. In the end, WWE opted to call an audible and let Rollins walk out as the new heavyweight champion.

Wrestemania betting odds

Last minute changes have been made by the sports book. Brock Lesnar is now favored to retain the heavyweight championship against Roman Reigns, and the reason for that is because he signed a new contract with WWE. Triple H is now favored to defeat Sting in his Wrestlemania debut match. No word on why those particular odds did a complete shift, but the theory floating around is that it is because so many were betting on the WCW legend.

Roman Reigns winning

Despite the new contract signed by Brock Lesnar, the sports books are still listing Roman Reigns as the favorite to win the main event of Wrestlemania. Their belief is that WWE has already pulled the trigger on his superstar push, so they are just going to go through with it. The front office can always put the heavyweight championship belt back around the waist of Lesnar at a later date. Reigns is a -210 odd, while Lesnar is +160.

Hulk Hogan opponent

It seems like Hulk Hogan is asked at least once a week about a potential return to the ring. It happened again this week while he was promoting Wrestlemania. The former world heavyweight champion stated that it would only work out if WWE let him work with a top level performer who is already massively popular with the audience. Hogan listed Roman Reigns, Steve Austin, The Rock and John Cena as potential opponents.
