Earlier in the year, the belief was that Kenny King had abruptly left TNA and returned to ROH. Well, the former X Division Champion has been announced as a participant in the World Title Series, which is where the promotion is going to crown their top champion in a couple of weeks. Reports have surfaced that King is working out a deal with both promotions that would allow him to wrestle simultaneously for them.

A post on Instagram where Maria Kanellis decides to take a break from getting ready for a ROH show tonight by taking a selfie of herself in just her bra and extremely skimpy panties. Even though the show is in Pennsylvania, the former WWE diva appears to be in her own bedroom somehow.

Throughout the history of the business, performers would police themselves backstage by holding a wrestlers court. This recently happened in ROH, where a referee was accused of doing something minor. He was cleared of the charges. When Joe Koff found out about the incident, he informed his wrestlers to never do it again. This is another case of a wrestling promotion being ran by someone without a wrestling background.

The likelihood of Kazuchika Okada ever making a return to TNA appears to be very slim. During a recent interview, the New Japan and ROH star revealed his feelings about the company. He felt that management held him back from being able to wrestle. Okada simply wanted to put on some performances to a new fan base. It appears that he will continue to just work for Ring of Honor when he is in the United States.

A champion is only as good as the contenders that he works programs with. Jay Lethal is about to get quite the boost as the ROH Heavyweight Champion. AJ Styles won a fatal four way match this week, and he is now the top challenger for the belt. No word yet on when the match will take place, but it should do wonders for Lethal and his profile. Lethal is more than likely going to hold on to the belt.

In a move that doesn't come as a shock to many, Kenny King has apparently left TNA. No details have been revealed, but he showed up at the ROH pay per view this week. His previous contract allowed him to work Impact Wrestling episodes and on independent wrestling shows that are not being televised. Showing up in Ring of Honor is a sign that he is no longer working for Total Nonstop Action.

If you're someone that has been clinging on to whatever little glimmer of hope there is for the Young Bucks to finally sign a developmental contract with WWE, now would be a good time to exhale. The brothers have decided that they are going to stay independent. Reports have surfaced that the duo has been in negotiations with ROH to extend their deal. They, of course, will be allowed to continue working for New Japan.

When Alex Shelley worked a live event for ROH last weekend, he was not expecting to shatter his front teeth. Another thing that he wasn't expecting was for the company to pay for the repair. Shelley noted that he was not an official member of the roster, but the company stepped up and took care of him anyways. He also revealed that his friends and family have been urging him to retire from professional wrestling.

As a nice little treat for their fans, ROH brought in Luke Williams of the Bushwhackers for an appearance. During the show earlier tonight, the hall of fame performer stormed the ring to save Cheeseburger. Luke is also sticking around this weekend to sign autographs and take photos with the fans.
