Some potentially good news if you're a ROH fan. Joe Koff has officially announced that a new general manager for the promotion has been appointed. Gregory Gilleland will go from being the business manager to the general manager, which is an actual position backstage and not an on screen one. Network executives are only doing this on a trial basis because they are unsure if Ring of Honor is good enough of a brand to draw in advertisers and sponsors. The promotion is more valuable to fans than it is to other businesses.
