There are plans within TNA right now to have Rockstar Spud and Ethan Carter working as a tag team. People backstage feel that the two of them work very well together and have a better chance of connecting with the audience if they were to work as a unit.
It appears that the story line and character development for Brutus Magnus is working, as fans have been booing him during the European tour. Many backstage were expecting him to receive cheers like Rockstar Spud has been receiving, but they're pleasantly surprised by the crowd reaction.
There will be a Lethal Lockdown match at TNA Lockdown 2014 this year. Team Dixie will consists of Ethan Carter, Bobby Roode, James Storm and Rockstar Spud. They will face Team MVP, which will include MVP, Gunner, Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards.
British star Rockstar Spud managed to gain some attention during his segment on Impact Wrestling with Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards from Scotland tonight, as the relatively new TNA star became a trend on Twitter. Fans also made the show itself a trend as well.
"I really am living the dream and returning to the UK, whatever the reaction, really tops its off. It has been a whirlwind year or so really but I can’t think of a better way to top it off than with this tour and getting to wrestle for TNA in front of my hometown crowd. It might be a cliché but it really is a dream come true, I have wanted to be a wrestler for so long and now being able to do it, is just amazing.”

TNA officials are said to be extremely pleased with how well Rockstar Spud and Ethan Carter have been performing as of late. The goal was to bring in fresh new faces, and the two of them have been making management look good in that choice.
On a special Final Resolution edition of Impact Wrestling last night, Brutus Magnus defeated Jeff Hardy in a tournament final and became the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion. He climbed the ladder and retrieved the belt after Rockstar Spud interfered.
