The Rock called in a favor from a famous friend to help out with his new show, Wake Up Call, which will be airing on TNT soon. Dana White, who is the president of UFC, made a guest appearance on one of the early episodes. Rock post a picture of the two of them together on the set via Twitter.
"I still think the Superkick is the best finisher ever. It was just so good. There's so many [favorites]. I think Antonio Cesaro's finish right now is cool. I always loved the Piledriver, so an adaptation of the Piledriver is very awesome to me. I've always loved submission holds, so I love the Sharpshooter, that sort of thing. I love Dean Malenko's Cloverleaf. The things that I never really liked as finishers were the stuff that was wacky, stuff like the Von Erichs, who did the Tornado Punch, you know what I mean? The Ultimate Warrior, even though he was my favorite as a kid, had the Press Slam, and then he'd hit the ropes a couple of times and give 'em the Big Splash, the Hulk Hogan Legdrop, stuff like that was all stuff where I was just like, 'Eh.' To be fair, I honestly always hated the Rock Bottom. To me, it was just like, 'Uh, that's weird and stupid.'"

"Hulk Hogan left. Rock left. Steve Austin left. Shawn Michaels left. Theses were huge stars! Superstars come and go. The show must go on! You wait on the future.Don't over think my last Tweet. Human emotions are involved and they're always unpredictable. We should all be able to understand that."

While wrestling fans view it as one of the highest priorities, WWE does not share the same sentiment when it comes to signing Sting. The company definitely would like to bring him on board, but they do not view this as big of a deal as they did with Batista, Brock Lesnar, Rock and Hulk Hogan.
Yet another project has surfaced for The Rock. This time, he's working on a new television show for TNT, where he helps out families through difficult times. The belief is that this is inspired by the real life generosity that Rock has shown towards others.
Not one to stay still for any amount of time, The Rock has revealed through Twitter that he is working on another autobiography now that there has been several more chapters added to his life. The former WWE star is still keeping a hectic schedule with movies and television shows.
"Special thanks to the Rock for making my childhood dream come true! U have no idea how many couches and old mattresses I jumped off thinking I was one of y'all! U, Ultimate Warrior, Sting, Legion of Doom, Goldberg and The Undertaker I could watch all day plus many more! I feel like a little kid again. Thanks again Champ!"

While WWE officials are still holding out hope, there does not appear to be much of a chance of the Rock working Wrestlemania 30 this year. Aside from being scheduled to go overseas to film a big movie, Dwayne Johnson simply has not expressed much interest in a return.
Through Twitter, the Rock revealed that there were plans initially in place with Vince McMahon to have him working a headlining match at Wrestlemania 30 against Brock Lesnar, but those plans have been thrown out the window for some reason.
The Rock recently revealed that he had a meeting with the CEO of Warner Bros. The main topic of discussion was figuring out a way to get the former WWE star on board to perhaps do a DC Comics movie in 2014. His star power would help them compete with Marvel.
Forbes has revealed that the Rock is the top grossing actor of 2013, as the various movies that have featured the former WWE star combined to bring in approximately $1.3 billion in revenue. He beat out Robert Downey, the star of Iron Man 3.
