A couple of legends from Japan were in consideration for a hall of fame induction at Wrestlemania this year. WWE opted to go with Tatsumi Fujinami because of his connection with Ric Flair. Rumors have it that some in the front office wanted to wait on inducting Masahiro Chono. They feel that it would be best to include him in the same class as when they induct Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash again. Chono was an nWo member.

Unless things become chaotic backstage, it appears that Charlotte is more than likely going to make her main roster debut on the episode of Monday Night Raw on the night following Wrestlemania. Ric Flair is supposed to be in attendance during the entire weekend, so that would make it quite convenient for the front office to have him appearing on television to introduce his daughter to fans who do not generally keep up with NXT.

One of the lesser discussed induction into the WWE Hall of Fame at Wrestlemania is Tatsumi Fujinami. A part of that is because his brief stint in WCW took place well before a lot of the current fans were born. The legend from Japan definitely deserves the honor, and his induction should be an entertaining one since Ric Flair will be involved. The two of them had an entertaining feud over the heavyweight championship at one point in time.

The idea was inspired by the Black Scorpion character, the masked performer who ended up being revealed as Ric Flair.

If you live in New York, tonight is a special occasion at Madison Square Garden. WWE is running a live event, and the theme of the show is Hulk Hogan appreciation night. That means that you will get multiple chances throughout the night to see the legend in person. Management is also bringing in his nWo partners, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall, for the event. There are also rumors that Ric Flair and other performers could be brought in as well.

When the unpopular firing of Jim Ross took place, many felt that he was being punished by WWE because Ric Flair was drunk at a public event. That has led people to speculate about backstage heat between the two. Apparently, that is far from the case, as Ross and Flair get along just fine. The two of them still share a mutual sense of admiration and respect towards one another. Ross does not blame Flair for no longer being with the company.
