It appears that WWE has changed their minds in regards to utilizing Daniel Bryan on television. Initially, he was supposed to make an appearance at Payback, while sticking around for a couple of days to do episodes of Monday Night Raw and Smackdown. However, management has opted to pull him off the road completely, so that the former world heavyweight champion can focus on rehabbing his injuries and making a comeback.

It looks like we will not be seeing Goldust on the road with WWE over the summer months. He will be at home rehabbing from the shoulder surgery that he will be undergoing this week. He had an MRI earlier in the week to determine if it was something that he could work through. Dustin Rhodes also revealed that he could be out for as long as four months. Fortunately for the front office, the former Intercontinental Champion was not involved in a story.

Even though he has long maintained that he is not ready to retire as an active in ring performer for WWE just yet, Goldust may be forced into doing that because of some shoulder issues that he has been experiencing lately. It got bad enough to where he needed to go have an MRI to see how bad the damage is. If surgery is needed and a long rehabilitation process is required, then he might just opt to move to a front office position soon.

A good amount of people were wondering about the status of Homicide because TNA moved his profile to their alumni section. That is usually done when someone is no longer with the company. As of right now, that appears to be the case with the former LAX member. He is currently sidelined by a torn rotator cuff, which will require surgery and a long rehabilitation period. There is a chance he could return to the company afterwards.

Earlier in the year, Eddie Edwards suffered a broken foot while doing a match on Impact Wrestling. That caused TNA to really think about the future of the tag team championship. Well, it looks like they have received a bit of good news in that department. Edwards opted against having surgery. He found another method of rehabilitation. Things are going well enough to where he could be back in the ring around May.
