Since he was the ruler of the empire for so long, it should come as no secret that Vince McMahon has seen relationships ruined backstage. The man rumored to be the next ruler has been busy mending fences for WWE. Triple H has been widely credited with getting Randy Savage, Ultimate Warrior and Bruno Sammartino back into the good graces of the company. Doing that has helped raised morale backstage.

There might be a chance that Hulk Hogan has not been completely honest with us about his repaired relationship with Randy Savage. When asked about the induction, Bret Hart stated that he was not sure why WWE was having Hogan doing the honors. Hart also stated that during his last conversation with Savage, the Macho Man was not exactly complimentary of Hogan. Hart believes that he is much closer to Savage than Hogan is.

For quite some time now, Hulk Hogan has been telling everyone that he made amends with Randy Savage and the Ultimate Warrior, two opponents who had a roller coaster relationship with the Hulkster over the years, before each men met their untimely demise. There are those within the industry that believe that he might have fabricated the reconciliation. There may even be some in WWE that feel that way as well.

During a podcast interview with Chris Jericho, Hulk Hogan was asked about his relationship with Randy Savage, as the former will be inducting the latter into the WWE Hall of Fame during Wrestlemania weekend. Hogan claims that he and Savage reconciled their years of difference shortly before the untimely death of the Macho Man. Hogan even stated that the two of them had planned a cookout before the tragic car accident.
