Since he was the ruler of the empire for so long, it should come as no secret that Vince McMahon has seen relationships ruined backstage. The man rumored to be the next ruler has been busy mending fences for WWE. Triple H has been widely credited with getting Randy Savage, Ultimate Warrior and Bruno Sammartino back into the good graces of the company. Doing that has helped raised morale backstage.

During his latest podcast interview, Ric Flair shared a backstage story about a big fight that he had with Randy Savage when the two of them were in WCW. Triple H had just received a contract offer from WWE because he did not want to sign for $250,000 with World Championship Wrestling. Savage wanted to squash HHH in a 30 second match. Flair said that he refused to let that happen because he did not feel that it was right.

During a recent interview, Sting told a backstage story in regards to Randy Savage, a man whom he respects and admires greatly. While in WCW together, the former asked the latter to speak in his normal voice, to which Savage replied that it was his normal voice. There have long been those who believed that the Macho Man purposely stayed in character at all times, so they tried to see if they could catch him being normal.

An interesting story in regard to the backstage habits of Randy Savage has surfaced. Hulk Hogan, Mean Gene Okerlund and Ted DiBiase have all revealed that Savage was extremely protective of Miss Elizabeth backstage. His jealousy was out of control at times. It got to the point where it made Savage a really difficult person for other WWE stars to work with. It is also said that this cause a lot of friction between he and Elizabeth.
