She was at ringside when HHH went up against Chris Jericho during Wrestlemania 18. McMahon has, however, worked a couple of backstage segment during those twelve years.

A picture of Randy Orton being pulled over by a police officer in Florida because the tint on his car was darker than the state allows. The WWE star posted the image on his Instagram account and stated that the authorities should have bigger fish to fry than to simply pull over someone with tint that is too dark.

While the general consensus in professional wrestling is that the world heavyweight champion plays a bit part in the overall success of the company, a recent article from Forbes attempts to dispute that by looking at the financial ramifications during the title reigns of CM Punk, John Cena and Randy Orton. Since the numbers are all over the place, the author concluded that the heavyweight champion does not have much of an effect on the business end of WWE.

On Monday Night Raw, WWE was quick to set up the main event for WWE Battleground 2014. John Cena will defend the heavyweight championship in a fatal four way match against Roman Reigns, Randy Orton and Kane. The move was set up by Triple H, who did not reveal his reasoning for putting Reigns, an adversary, into the title match instead of Seth Rollins.

Even though we have another pay per view before then, plans are already being penciled in for Summerslam 2014. Roman Reigns is expected to have a big role on that show, but management isn't certain on the details just yet. Right now, WWE has either Randy Orton or Triple H putting over the former Shield member. Both feuds are expected to eventually happen during this year, but the order isn't certain.

There was a bit of concern backstage for Randy Orton during the main event of Money in the Bank 2014. Early on in the match, he was struck by a ladder, which caused him to bleed pretty badly. Medical personnel and Triple H immediately tended to him to stop the wound. While there were some fears of a concussion, Orton opted to finish the match. Afterwards, he was given nearly a dozen staples to close the wound. Orton reportedly is undergoing some tests today to check for concussions.

A lot of action took place in the main event of Money in the Bank 2014. Fans went crazy as they saw creative signature spots from Randy Orton, Sheamus, John Cena, Roman Reigns, Alberto Del Rio, Kane and Bray Wyatt. However, it was Cena, much to the dismay of online WWE fans, who climbed the ladder and captured the heavyweight championship.

Rumors going around right now has WWE giving the world heavyweight championship to a heel at Money in the Bank 2014. The belief is that the company will set someone up to feud with John Cena and Daniel Bryan over the next few months. Antonio Cesaro has been rumored for a few weeks now, but some are skeptical of that because he hasn't been given a ton of momentum by WWE. Management will either hot shot the belt to Bray Wyatt or go with the safe route in Randy Orton.

When Seth Rollins turned on the Shield and joined Triple H and Randy Orton, fans wondered which of his former partners WWE was going to have him feuding with first. It appears that the choice is going to be Dean Ambrose. The two of them worked a match at a live event in Ontario this weekend, meaning that they could have been getting in some practice before working matches on television. Rollins will eventually feud with Roman Reigns down the line as well.

On Monday Night Raw, WWE did a story line where Randy Orton was on vacation. That led to speculations as to the real reason why he was not there. It has now been revealed that Orton suffered some sort of collarbone injury while working a match on Smackdown with Big Show. The belief is that the injury is not too severe and that Orton is scheduled to return to the next episode of Monday Night Raw in Cleveland.

However, WWE is having second thoughts on that plan, as there are currently nothing concrete about him being an official member of the stable. Rollins will simply be utilized as a heel who is allied with the Authority.

In a pleasantly surprising move on Monday Night Raw, Seth Rollins did an unexpected heel turn and betrayed the Shield. As Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns were preparing to face off with Triple H and Randy Orton, Rollins shocked the WWE Universe by nailing his longtime partners with several steel chair shots. He stood tall with Orton and HHH afterwards to end the episode.

In a rather surprising move, WWE had the Shield win convincingly against Evolution. Batista and Randy Orton were the first two performers to be eliminated from the main event match at Payback 2014, but both provided interference for Triple H after their eliminations. After taking a brutal beating, Roman Reigns picked up the win for his team. Many expected Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins to be eliminated during the match, but WWE opted to give them a dominant ending.

A lot of people are hoping that WWE doesn't rush the Roman Reigns push, and it looks like the company is taking the slow approach. While he's eventually going to get his big time feud against Triple H in, there are now rumors that Reigns will be moved into a feud with Randy Orton next. Since Orton has been one of the top stars over the last decade, this should provide Reigns with a bit more credibility.

For weeks now, people backstage in WWE have been toying around with the idea of doing a heel turn with Sheamus, in hopes that it rejuvenates the former world heavyweight champion and brings him closer to the main event scene again. The idea being tossed around by WWE now is to add him join Triple H and Randy Orton in Evolution when Batista takes his break to promote his new movie.

He simply adopted the Ole Anderson name to connect with the audience who were already familiar with Gene Anderson, his story line brother. Another interesting point of interest is that Ole Anderson is a play on the word oleander, a poisonous plant.

Back in 2000, the world of professional wrestling was saddened by the death of Masakazu Fukuda. While working a tournament match, Fukuda was hit by a flying elbow drop from Katsuyori Shibata. The blow proved to be fatal, as Fukuda had to be taken to the hospital, where he died a couple of days later. New Japan finished the tournament and dedicated the event in his honor.

Prior to becoming a star in WCW, Sid Vicious managed to pull off a pretty amazing feat while working for New Japan. Even though he was an unknown, Vicious was able to convince the promoters in Japan to give him a shot at the legendary Tatsumi Fujinami and the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. He lost, of course, but was able to gain some recognition in the late 1980s by being in the match.
