For those of you that are hoping to see Randy Orton back on the road with WWE soon, another speed bump has been around. Doctors have now discovered that the former world heavyweight champion is going to need neck surgery after he heals up from his shoulder surgery. Reports are saying Orton could be required to miss an additional six months of action to repair his neck.

He said that the group was pretty tame because the industry had changed over the years. It was nothing like when he was with the Four Horsemen. The former world heavyweight champion opted to dip right back into the marriage pool. Over the weekend, Orton got married to a woman by the name of Kim Marie. They did a destination wedding.

At a time when WWE needs as many top level stars around as possible, some bad news has been revealed about Randy Orton and his shoulder injury. Reports have surfaced that he could be out as long as six months after surgery. Orton could opt out of surgery, but that means that his shoulder has a higher chance of being dislocated every time he steps into the ring. Surgery enables him to return by Wrestlemania.

While there has been no confirmed return date just yet, the belief is that WWE is hoping that Randy Orton can be healthy in time for the Royal Rumble. A surprise return at a pay per view like that could do wonders for his momentum. Orton, of course, is going to be placed in a high profile match at Wrestlemania, so the front office would love to have him around for a couple of months before then.

During a recent interview, Randy Orton stated that he does not have any plans on leaving WWE for Hollywood. He feels that it is a path that is very difficult to follow. Orton stated that Batista was one of the rare guys that broke through. The former world heavyweight champion also pointed out that Kurt Angle has been trying to break through and has only been given small parts that do not pay a whole lot of money.

Management had already advertised Orton as being part of the show, so they felt the need to make it up to fans who had already purchased tickets. To do that, the front office booked Alberto Del Rio as a replacement. Del Rio recently returned to World Wrestling Entertainment and is viewed as an international star.

Reports have now surfaced that the former world heavyweight champion was not injured during a match. Orton is said to have hurt himself while taking out the trash at home. He's been having problems with his shoulder for quite some time now.

Well, the former world heavyweight champion is about to get even more time off than he initially requested. It has now been confirmed that Orton did indeed injure his shoulder. He is scheduled to have an MRI done soon to see how much damage there is.
