It appears that the rumors about a New Day push are true. Kofi Kingston and Big E Langston were able to capture the belt from Tyson Kidd and Antonio Cesaro. Of course, Kingston generated some heel heat for the trio by grabbing a handful of trunks to secure the pin fall. They were jeered by the audience because of their new tactics, which means that the booking is working. Natalya and Xavier Woods were heavily involved.

Fandango being pushed

As many of you have already seen, WWE has given a push to Fandango that started with a face turn and a split from Rosa Mendes. He has also been given a couple of victories on television to build momentum. Unfortunately, though, this push will not lead him to anywhere near the main event scene. Management is basically just pushing him to give the fans something to pop for in the mid card. That is why he was given his catchy theme song back.

WWE is hesitant because they fear that Total Divas would not be much of a draw with Nikki Bella and Brie Bella, as they are viewed the stars of the show. There is also said to be some backstage heat towards the sisters from the other divas for this.

When you attend a live event, more often than not, the good guy is going to win. WWE does that because they want to send the fans home happy. However, the move came as a bit of a shock when they allowed Jimmy Uso to beat Wade Barrett at a show in Germany. Barrett is the one receiving a push and working a title match at Extreme Rules, whereas Uso is floating around as a singles competitor because Jey Uso is injured.

Word going around right now is that Arn Anderson was the one that pushed WWE to induct Alundra Blayze into the hall of fame. He felt that enough time had been passed to bring up the idea to upper management. It has been reported that McMahon was the one that asked her to do the trash can bit.
