Close observers of TNA have already known for quite some time now that Ethan Carter would some day carry the world heavyweight championship. During an interview with the Mirror, Kurt Angle essentially confirmed it. He states that while he does not know all the specifics of the push, he does now that management wants to put the top belt on him before the year ends. Angle said that there is a possibility he might be the one to drop it to him.

Since he is making his way up the industry, Moose has generated a good amount of attention from the bigger promotions in the business. He has been given a nice push by ROH. Jeff Jarrett signed the former NFL player to work his upcoming GFW tour. TNA is said to have him on the radar as well. Now, reports have surfaced that WWE attempted to sign the 31 year old for their upcoming season of Tough Enough. They wanted him to be a ringer.

He is said to be the one that has been pushing for various angles that have pleased the audience. In order to push NXT, he convinced Vince McMahon to let him use Adrian Neville, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens in the segments with Cena.

Initially, WWE had planned on giving Sheamus a big heel push so that he could challenge Roman Reigns for the world heavyweight championship. However, those plans were scrapped, and we now have a heel champion in Seth Rollins. The front office knew that there was only so much they could push the Celtic Warrior before he hit the ceiling. Well, rumors are floating around now that they are going to give him the Intercontinental Championship to work with.

He more than likely has his favorites in mind, and they will be receiving a nice push. That could potentially move several of the upper tier guys down the ladder a bit. Thanks to some untimely injuries, NXT is going to be taking a hit at the top of their roster. Hideo Itami is the latest person to be placed on the injured reserve list. He sustained a shoulder injury, and the initial prognosis is that he will be required to miss at least 6 to 8 months of action in order to proper rehabilitate the damaged body part. Itami was in the midst of a push, and he was scheduled to be promoted to the main roster in the near future.

There is also the chance that Joe could be second guessing his decision.

Despite the loss to Wade Barrett in the King of the Ring tournament, do not expect Adrian Neville to be dropped down the ladder by WWE. The front office still has every intention of keeping his push going. The belief is that Neville can be given a good amount of momentum by replacing Kofi Kingston as the high flyer in the upcoming Money in the Bank match. He is unlikely to win the thing, but he will be made to look very strong that night.
