Adam Rose

Adam Rose in Wyatt Family

Thanks to that special on ESPN, there is a lot more support backstage for Adam Rose. However, management has not pushed him because they simply do not feel that his gimmick connects with the audience. There are now rumors floating around that the creative department might have him change up his character and be the newest member of the Wyatt Family.

Wade Barrett

Wade Barrett not pushed

When you consider that he has the total package as a wrestler, it is quite baffling that Wade Barrett has not been pushed into the main event scene for the past couple of years. Rumors have it that the reason why management is not fully behind him is because they are not happy with him being open about wanting to leave WWE in the near future. They are also concerned about him being a bit injury prone.

Tom Prichard

Seth Rollins a politician

All three members of the Shield were trained by Tom Prichard, so when he speaks about them, he has a lot more insights than the fans do. The legendary trainer revealed recently that a major reason why Seth Rollins is being pushed more in WWE than Dean Ambrose is because the former is a much better backstage politician than the latter. Adrian Neville

WWE not pushing Neville

In the power ranking, Adrian Neville is listed as the 11th hottest performer in WWE. In reality, though, he has been severely demoted since being given a slight push during his debut. The high flyer has been dropped down the ladder and is now working with the likes of Adam Rose, Bo Dallas, Stardust and Heath Slater. A main event push is highly unlikely at this point in time.

Tyson Kidd

Antonio Cesaro being pushed

While no one in WWE wants to see one of their own being injured, there is a belief internally that the Tyson Kidd injury might end up inadvertently benefiting Antonio Cesaro. The front office has quietly given Cesaro a push past many of the mid card guys. He is now working the upper mid card. Many backstage feel that he should be given a chance in the main event scene.

Stardust

Stardust character staying

While many people were under the assumption that WWE was going to revert to his real life character to capitalize on the fan sentiments towards the death of Dusty Rhodes, the second generation star came back as the Stardust character on Monday Night Raw this week. It has now been revealed that he refused to use the loss of his father as a springboard towards a push.

Mick Foley

NXT divas to WWE

Long known as a staunch supporter of the group, Mick Foley has been pushing for WWE to collectively promote Sasha Banks, Bayley, Charlotte and Beckly Lynch to the main roster. He feels doing that would make more of an impact. Foley believes that the girls would simply be absorbed into the system if they were brought up individually.

Kevin Owens

Backstage heat on Kevin Owens

Rumors are floating around now that there is some resentment towards Kevin Owens from the other wrestlers on the roster. The developmental wrestlers have backstage heat with him because he was promoted ahead of them and very quickly. Some main roster guys are upset because he was given an immediate push, which WWE doesn't usually do.

Shawn Michaels

Shelton Benjamin not pushed

During a joint interview, Jim Ross and Shawn Michaels took the time to heap a good amount of praise towards Shelton Benjamin. In addition to saying that he was the best victim of the Sweet Chin Music ever, Michaels stated that it frustrated him that WWE never gave Benjamin the push that he deserved.

Brodus Clay

Brodus Clay bashes John Cena

Earlier this month, John Cena mentioned the Funkasaurus gimmick during an episode of Monday Night Raw. Brodus Clay was told of that, and he fired back a bit. He stated that the only difference between Cena and PN News is that Cena was given a push. In case you aren't aware, News was a lower card performer in WCW that had a white rapper gimmick during the early 1990s.
