John Cena returning early

As soon as Seth Rollins went down with an ACL injury, the belief was that WWE would be contacting John Cena to see an early return would be possible. To their credit, management has not done that. Instead, they are opting to respect his wish for time off to focus on other projects and heal up from his various injuries in the ring. No exact time frame has been announced, but he should be back before the Royal Rumble.

Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn still hurt

It appears that Sami Zayn recently attempted to test out his body inside of a professional wrestling ring to see if he is anywhere near healthy enough to make a return to NXT. Unfortunately, though, it does not seem like his body is quite ready yet. Initially, Zayn was projected to make a return in October, but his body did not heal as expected. Management is concerned that he has lost all of the momentum that he built up.

Steve Austin

Broken Skull IPA

The mysterious project that Steve Austin has been working on is now out in the open. The former world heavyweight champion announced that he has partnered up with El Segundo Brewing to produce a new beer. It is called Broken Skull IPA. The product launch will take place on November 13th, where Austin will be serving drinks behind the bar. Fans will get an opportunity to meet and greet Austin.

Batista jabs WWE

During an interview with the Latin Post, Batista was asked about how it felt to work on big movie projects. He decided to take a jab at WWE in his response. The former world heavyweight champion stated that he was used to working in an environment that was not organized, so it made it easier to transition over to movies. Since finding success in Hollywood, he doesn't feel the need to hold back on how he feels about wrestling.

Lana writing scripts

In a sign that she is preparing for life after WWE some day, Lana recently revealed through social media that she has started working on several writing projects. A movie script and a television pilot are being written, in case Hollywood comes calling some day. She also noted that she was writing a book and potentially a comic book, a door which was recently opened when CM Punk transitioned from being a wrestler to working for Marvel.

For a while there, it looked like Kelly Kelly was receptive to the idea of making a comeback to WWE. Her opinion might have changed tremendously over the past couple of months. The blonde bombshell stated that she was really disappointed that the company did not support her new television show. She noted that World Wrestling Entertainment supports Dwayne Johnson and Steve Austin with their outside projects.

Officially, Cameron has been telling people that she is taking some time away from WWE to focus on a project that helps kids fight back against bullying. Since this is professional wrestling, there is speculation that there might be a bigger story underneath. Some are under the impression that she is being punished by management for whatever reasons. Others feel like she is on the way out of the company soon.

From the very moment that Dwayne Johnson joined the project, people were expecting the new Baywatch movie to do well. Those odds have increased even further now that Zac Efron has signed on to join the film. The two of them will be teaming up to prevent an oil tycoon from destroying their beloved beach. Johnson will be playing a lifeguard that always follows the rules.
