During a recent interview, when asked about the current WWE product, Hart revealed that he does not like how Jericho is constantly caught calling spots in the ring. He feels that it takes the realism away from the match.

During a recent interview, Eric Bischoff revealed that Hulk Hogan did not take too well to the idea of the nWo when it was first presented to him by the former president of WCW. Hogan was adamant against turning heel because he felt that it would destroy his brand. Bischoff eventually convinced him to take the chance, and it ended up being one of the best stories in wrestling history.

He recently made a comment about there possibly not being enough room for a Knockouts match, and that drew the ire of TNA fans. They stated that he was hospitalized and will be back with the company soon. Some further information is being leaked about the situation that caused Alberto Del Rio to be given a release by WWE. Cody Barbierri, the employee that was allegedly slapped by Del Rio, apparently has a history of saying derogatory things towards the wrestlers. Reports are surfacing that he has gotten away with things in the past because he is backed by Stephanie McMahon. This would explain why a good amount of wrestlers backed Del Rio when he left the company.

He was recently spotted on vacation in Mexico after spending time with his family in Hawaii. Despite his long history of injuries, Vince McMahon still wants Mysterio back, and he even activated a clause in his contract that immediately extended the deal. Mysterio, however, has second thoughts about coming back to WWE.

Thus far, the TNA Hall of Fame consists of Sting and Kurt Angle, two of the more prolific performers in the history of the industry. A third member is set to join them. At Slammiversary 2014, Angle will be on hand to announce who the latest inductee will be. No official word on who the third person was going to be, but there are heavy rumors that Jeff Jarrett could be inducted as part of his departure agreement with TNA.

While a lot of fans are downplaying the amount of money that WWE is losing this year, those within the company, especially Vince McMahon, certainly are not overlooking the current drop. As of right now, WWE is on pace to lose approximately $52 million, most of which is due to the WWE Network. That amount is the second biggest loss by a wrestling company in history. WCW dropped $62 milloin one year.

With WWE needing all of their stars for the tour of Europe, the company decided to send a retired performer to Malaysia on a promotional tour instead. Ricky Steamboat, one of the most beloved stars in the history of WWE, flew overseas and promoted the October tour, which will feature two shows. The company has not been back in the country since 2002.

Today is a sad one for professional wrestling fans. It marks the third year anniversary of the death of Randy Savage, one of the biggest legends in WWE history. The former Intercontinental Champion passed away after suffering a heart attack and crashing into a tree while driving. Much like before his death, fans have been begging WWE to induct him into the hall of fame.

The two had a history of backstage heat towards one another because of how Bischoff treated Austin when the two of them were working in WCW together. It appears that the relationship has been mended.

The company succeeded in doing just that at Extreme Rules 2014 with the use of Vladimir Putin on the screen. It was designed to generate heel heat for Alexander Rusev and Lana. The Puerto Rican star was the first guy to have won the WWE title, world tag team championship and the Intercontinental Championship. Reports have surfaced that WWE intends on having Prince Devitt and Kenta Kobayashi continue working as a tag team. A possible tag title run is being discussed. However, this might lead to some problems, as one of the things that Devitt reportedly requested when he signed his contract was that he not be forced to stay in developmental for too long of a period. Devitt feels that he has enough international experience to be qualified for the main roster.

Those that watch WWE NXT saw a character named Finn Balor making his debut this week by being the mystery partner for Hideo Itami in his feud against the Ascension. That is pretty big news for fans of international wrestling. Balor was formerly known as Prince Devitt, a star in New Japan for a very long time. Itami is Kenta Kobayashi, one of the better performers in all of Asia.

The two of them are established international stars, and management is not going to have them languishing in the developmental program. The international star will now be using the name Finn Balor while he works through the developmental phase. Names like Kevin Steen, Prince Devitt and Kenta Kobayashi have surfaced as potential candidates to join the company later on this year. She received a tryout with the company back in March but no contract has been offered.

In regards to the rumors of Prince Devitt signing with TNA, the belief is that it is very unlikely. The company made him the offer, and they're leaving the ball in his court. Devitt makes a very good amount of money with New Japan, so the only reason why he would come work for TNA is to try to build a bigger fan base for himself in the United States.

Even though he rejected a nice contract from WWE, Prince Devitt is still being pursued by TNA. The company feels that they are a much better fit for the international star than WWE because they can allow him a much more flexible schedule, one that would enable him to keep working in New Japan throughout the year. It turns out that he was only extending professional courtesy towards Dixie Carter by listening to the offer. He is not willing to leave New Japan to sign with TNA.
