WWE giving creative control to Zeb Colter

It appears that the storyline and promos for Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger are coming from the manager himself. WWE has given Zeb Colter a lot more creative freedom than normal because of his history in the business. He still needs approval before it goes on television, though.
