TNA denying that fans were planted at Lockdown

People within TNA are denying that there were planted fans at the Lockdown 2013 pay per view. They're citing liability as a reason why it was not an option. Plus, it is being said that Bully Ray was against the idea of generating false heel heat, as he feels that he could pull it off himself.
