WWE signs Sarah Backman

In a move that surprises a lot of people, WWE has signed Sarah Backman. She's a 21 year old arm wrestling champion from Sweden. Sarah Backman is currently returning to her home country before heading off to the WWE developmental program.

While working in Ohio Valley Wrestling, Elijah Burke was offered a position on the main roster by WWE as a member of the Spirit Squad stable, alongside Dolph Ziggler and Kenny Dykstra. The spot was turned down, and Elijah Burke stayed in developmental until he called up to Smackdown with Sylvester Terkay.
