Randy Orton will be top heel on Smackdown

If Randy Orton makes his much anticipated heel turn at Wrestlemania 29, he is still expected to remain on the Smackdown brand. The plans for WWE heading towards the summer still have CM Punk as the top heel on the Raw brand.

He was recruited to play at the Ohio State University, but the future WWE star opted to play for Southern Methodist University instead.
