Paige at Wrestlemania

While management is still trying to figure out what they are going to do with the divas at Wrestlemania, the belief is that WWE will definitely want to put something together that will involve Paige. The company has been selling the fact that she has done so much during her rookie year, and the summit of that could be her first appearance at the biggest wrestling pay per view of the year. A championship scramble is a possibility.

Nikki vs Paige

In the fourth match of Fast Lane, Nikki Bella was able to successfully defend the WWE Divas Championship by pinning Paige. Nikki was able to dodge her charging opponent, who went crashing into the turnbuckle, before rolling her up for a pin that included a lot of tights being grabbed. The audience predictably was not really into this match, and it's hard to blame them because it was not a memorable bout whatsoever.

Paige title match

Those that watched the latest episode of Smackdown saw Nikki Bella and Brie Bella taunting and attacking Paige in a backstage segment. WWE did that because they were setting up a divas championship match between Nikki and the Pale Princess at Fast Lane. This is more than likely a filler match, as management is said to be leaning towards having Nikki heading into Wrestlemania with the championship in tow.

Paige vs Nikki vs Natalya

Plans are still being finalized for Royal Rumble, but plans for the WWE Divas Championship appear to be falling into place. Nikki Bella is definitely going to be defending the title. Natalya was given a pin fall victory over the champion on Monday Night Raw this week, which means that she's a top contender now. Management does not feel that a straight up match is going to be enough of a draw, so Paige is in serious considerations as a third participant.
