Since the company definitely wants to make full use of his overseas marketing potential, there are plans being discussed by TNA to turn Mahabali Shera into a baby face soon. They feel that the fans in India will be more interested in his character if he was on the side of good as opposed to doing evil things as a heel.

During a recent interview, Jeff Jarrett not only confirmed that he was still in negotiations for a television deal in the United States, he also noted that he was in negotiations to get international television deals as well. His deals with wrestling companies overseas could play a big factor in securing those contracts.

The world is about to see if Dwayne Johnson can be a better producer and promoter than Vince McMahon. An official announcement has been jointly made by Seven Bucks Productions and Spike TV, and it states that Johnson and his team will be producing a show to entertain the troops that are overseas. It is called Rock the Troops, and it will be similar to Tribute to the Troops, except that instead of professional wrestlers, you get other celebrities.

Fans have long been begging WWE to do more pay per view events from overseas, and the company has decided on just that. Management has decided to convert a regular live event in Japan into a special that will air on their online video subscription service. The addition of Brock Lesnar helped the company to sell out the event, so they decided to take advantage of that by broadcasting the show in the United States.

He was officially announced as a member of the roster today by Jeff Jarrett at a press conference in Las Vegas. Since leaving WWE, Masters has been able to maintain a busy schedule as promoters find him reliable and popular. He has also worked extensively overseas, something Global Force Wrestling values.

Getting one of the top tag teams in New Japan was not enough for Jeff Jarrett. He went out and signed another one. Lance Hoyt and Davey Boy Smith Jr have both signed a contract with GFW. They will be a regular part of the roster, while also continuing to do tours of Japan. That way, they can maintain their international name value. While the two of them did not find a lot of success in WWE, they have established themselves as stars overseas.

It appears that WWE is having issues with gaining interest from fans in Australia. The company has announced that they are bringing Hulk Hogan along with them for the tour in August. He will be serving as a general manager of the three shows that they will be running. Generally, you only take Hogan overseas whenever it is deemed necessary because the cost of doing so is said to be pretty high. Management recently used him in Japan.
