Eric Bischoff discussed that topic during his podcast interview with Ric Flair. He denies that a job offer was ever put on the table for Michaels. Bischoff stated that he never really pursued Michaels all that hard because he just got the sense that Michaels was happy working where he was.

In the audience was a fan who had been bashing him through social media for quite some time now. The person started chanting that he was a TNA reject. Conflicting reports state that the man legally known as Chad Lail kicked the fan in the chest. Lail claims it was in retaliation.

The NFL has historically drawn away a good portion of professional wrestling fans when it returns to the air every fall. Merchandise sales have long played a part in WWE deciding who to push. That bodes well for Paige, as it has now been revealed she sells more action figures than the other divas. Since kids are easier to influence, it should come as no surprise as baby face divas sell more products than their heel counterparts. Being on Total Divas also helps the female performers move merchandise as well.
