Jim Ross Says Reuniting With Jerry Lawler is Highly Unlikely
Jim Ross posted the following on JRsBarBQ.com in regards to a possible return to commentary with Jerry Lawler:
"I don't think that WWE is interested in putting me back on weekly TV and all the travel that comes along with it at this time. Would I love to work with King again? Certainly. Is this my call? Nope. Do I think that I will ever be paired with Lawler again on a regular basis? Highly unlikely."
Jim Ross Comments on the Announcing at Elimination Chamber
Jim Ross posted the following messages on his Twitter last night regarding the announcing:

Several Former WWE and TNA Wrestlers Appearing at Indy Show
Tommy Dreamer, Jerry Lawler, Roddy Piper, Booker T, Ken Anderson, Paul London and Angelina Love will all be appearing at the Northeast Wrestling show on March 20th. Anderson and Booker T will be wrestling each other.
Was WWE Going To Continue Sheamus/Lawler Storyline?
According to Dave Meltzer, WWE may have had plans to continue something between Jerry Lawler and Sheamus before changing it. Lawler was scheduled for an independent wrestling show on November 21st, five days after he was attacked by Sheamus on RAW. After the angle on RAW that week, Lawler's people sent a text message to the indy promoter saying, "due to an ongoing storyline, Jerry Lawler can't make his appearance."
WWE Comic Series Announced
Titan Publishing issued a press release today announcing WWE Comics. 20 issues will be released in the US and Canada with the first issue, titled WWE Heroes, will be released on March 23rd, 2010.

Raw Commentators Needed Cheat Sheets
On RAW this past week, both Jerry Lawler and Jesse Ventura were given "cheat sheets" with photos of the Superstars in the different matches. In Lawler's case, he doesn't watch ECW or SmackDown and Ventura didn't really know anyone besides the top guys.
Jerry Lawler Talks About Jim Ross’ Return
Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler noted in an interview with The Sun Newspaper that he expects Jim Ross to be fit for a Wrestlemania return. Lawler said “There’s a strong possibility that WrestleMania could be when he makes a return. This was JR’s third attack of Bell’s Palsy and has sidelined him for several months due to the nerve regeneration process which can take a few month to grow back. Lawler closed his thoughts by saying “He is the voice of the WWE and WrestleMania wouldn’t be the same without hearing him.”

Jerry Lawler told the UK Sun today that WWE will be launching a new comic book series in the UK and he will be doing the artwork for the covers.
Results of Jerry Lawler’s Mayoral Election
Jerry Lawler finished in fifth place in the Memphis Mayoral race that was determined yesterday. Lawler only received 4% of the vote with 4,044 votes.
A C Wharton won the election with 56,860 votes, or 62%.
Jerry Lawler Taking Legal Action
Memphis, TN Mayoral candidate Jerry Lawler is considering legal action to prevent a televised debate from taking place on Saturday without him. “I wouldn’t be hiring an attorney to fight the Channel 3 decision unless I was very serious,” Lawler said. “If I weren’t serious I would just take it as it comes.” For more on this story, visit WREG.com.
