Some Win/Loss Records For Various TNA Superstars in 2010 So Far
Taking house shows, television and pay-per-view events into account, here are some interesting win and loss statistics for TNA this year.
- Brutus Magnus dropped to 0-12 on the year following his loss to Mr. Anderson in the opening Eight Card Stud qualifying match last night on iMPACT!. The only wrestler with a worse record than Magnus is Daniels, who is currently 0-13 on the year.
- TNA World Heavyweight champion AJ Styles lost his first match of the new year last night on iMPACT! to "The Pope" D'Angelo Dinero. Styles was 16-0 before the airing of the match.
- Wrestlers who have yet to be beaten so far this year include Matt Morgan (4-0-1), Mr. Anderson (3-0), Orlando Jordan (1-0), and the Nasty Boys (1-0).
- Lacey Von Erich is the last remaining unbeaten in the Knockouts division as she is 1-0. Angelina Love was 1-0 prior to her loss to Tara last night on iMPACT!.
Angelina Love Thanks the Fans and Comments on Her TNA Return
As seen this past Thursday night on Impact, Angelina Love made her return to the organization, first appearing in the crowd and hugging Velvet Sky and Madison Rayne prior to their match with Awesome Kong and Hamada. However, after the match, Love turned on The Beautiful People, attacking her former partners and Lacey Von Erich, her replacement in the group, seemingly angry about being replaced.
The two-time Women's Knockout Champion has posted a thank you message to her fans on her MySpace account, thanking them for their incredible support while she was away from the organization late last year.

A BIG Thank You to my Fans!
I just want to take this time to write a big huge THANK YOU to each and every one of my fans. From day one you guys have been so supportive of me and you really showed how much you care during my difficult time at the end of last year.
Not one day went by, not ONE, since I was released where I didnt get a personal message, a comment, an email or something from you fans. Everyday you told me you missed me and you supported me and you couldnt wait to see me back on TV.
That really helped brighten my days when I didnt really know what was going to be happening in my life! None of you HAD to do anything or say anything, but you did and it really meant a lot to me. My manager, Michael Klyzub, worked his butt off to make sure everything would turn out for the best and it sure did 
I am officially back on the TNA roster and couldnt be happier about it. I guess I'm starting a new chapter in my career & in my life and I am so excited about it! I'm gonna give it my all as I always do and I hope everyone loves it as much as I know I will. Thank you for being so happy and supportive of my return and thank you for all the youtube videos you made about it! They are all awesome!
2010 has started off amazing and I cant wait to see what will come in the days ahead.

Several Former WWE and TNA Wrestlers Appearing at Indy Show
Tommy Dreamer, Jerry Lawler, Roddy Piper, Booker T, Ken Anderson, Paul London and Angelina Love will all be appearing at the Northeast Wrestling show on March 20th. Anderson and Booker T will be wrestling each other.
News / Possible Spoilers From Tonight’s Impact Tapings
TNA was discussing an angle last night which would see Hulk Hogan bring about the destruction of the side sided ring, and replace it with a traditional four sided ring.
Angelina Love is in Orlando and is expected to make her return tonight. She is currently sitting in the crowd.
- As reported, the main-event for Genesis PPV is AJ Styles vs. Kurt Angle for the TNA Title. The reason for this bout will be explain at the tapings tonight.
Bubba The Love Sponge is in attendance despite issues he had with TNA yesterday.
The Young Bucks' TNA team name is "Generation Me". They debuted against the Motor City Machineguns.
Angelina Love Signs New TNA Contract
F4WOnline.com reports that former TNA Knockout Champion Angelina Love aka Lauren Williams has signed a new contract with TNA Wrestling.
Williams left TNA in September 2009 due to issues with her work visa. No word yet on if she will return on 1/4 Impact. However, there is a strong possibility that she will make a surprise return.
Angelina Love Returning To TNA on Jan. 4?
According to Sean McCaffrey of DOIWrestling.com, who also runs the women's wrestling promotion, Wrestling Superstars Uncensored, Angelina Love is expected to make her return to TNA during the company's live three-hour iMPACT! broadcast on Monday, January 4, 2010.
Regarding the legitimacy of McCaffrey's claims, he personally deals with the former Women's Knockout Champion as she appeared on his most recent WSU show and also has her booked for events throughout 2010.
As noted earlier here in this news blog, Love's successor in "The Beautiful People," Lacey Von Erich is not expected to last much longer with TNA as she said is to be on "thin ice" with management. Reportedly, officials have given up on her as she has been resistant to suggestions to further her formal wrestling training. Her perceived negative attitude has also been a source of contention among those in the company as Von Erich has been living her persona to a hilt backstage at the Impact Zone instead of just keeping it on screen. There aren't many within TNA who like her at all.
Love, whose real name is Lauren Williams, was released from TNA this past September due to visa issues. Soon after, Williams' agent posted a blog entry on her MySpace account stating she would return to the organization once the issues with her visa had been resolved.
Angelina Love Returning To Wrestling
Angelina Love was telling people at the PCW Thanksgiving Turmoil show this past Saturday that she will be returning to TNA soon. Angelina reunited with former tag team partner Velvet Sky at the PCW show.

The Chicago Sun Times ran a story quoting Angelina Love saying, "Don't believe everything you hear, and don’t believe everything you read," claiming she will be back in TNA very soon.
Latest Angelina Love Story
It’s light of all the stories as of late regarding former TNA wrestler Angelina Love, it’s now being said that the character she played on television was basically an exaggerated version of herself. While she definitely has her critics, many felt her partnership with Velvet Sky was awesome as far as playing and having the gimmick, more outside the ring than in.
As noted earlier with Love’s replacement in the group, Lacey Von Erich, she’s incredibly inexperienced so TNA plans on having “The Beautiful People” do more vignettes as opposed to wrestling matches.
Update on Lacey Von Erich’s Comments on Angelina Love
Regarding Lacey Von Erich's disparaging remarks towards former TNA performer Angelina Love in an interview with the Miami Herald last week, she is claiming they were done in-character, reports www.f4wonline.com. She has contacted the newspaper asking if they could retract her statements considering they were misconstrued. However, it should be noted that the rest of the interview was done out of character.
In case you missed it, Von Erich said the following about Love: "[Angelina] wasn't a good fit for it in my opinion. I thought that everybody was going to be, `Oh no. Angelina is gone,' but not one person said that. Nobody really missed her that much. I feel like I can fill the shoes that I'm supposed to. TNA told me this role was made for me, and I feel the same way. I've never met Angelina before in my life. After what some people have said, I don't know if I want to."
Von Erich would change her tune by praising the ex-Knockout on her Twitter account. She wrote: "I hope everyone enjoyed the show last night! Angelina Love was amazing in the beautiful people and I hope I do it justice! P.S. Don't believe rumors! I think Angelina will be missed in TNA and hope we can work together someday!"
