Mir disappointed with Lesnar

When asked for his opinions by the Sporting News, Frank Mir did not hesitate to say that he was disappointed that Brock Lesnar chose to stay with WWE instead of going back to UFC. The former world heavyweight champion felt that a rematch between the two would draw huge money for the promotion. Mir firmly states that he believes that Lesnar is quite the marketing asset for MMA.

Earlier this month, John Cena mentioned the Funkasaurus gimmick during an episode of Monday Night Raw. Brodus Clay was told of that, and he fired back a bit. He stated that the only difference between Cena and PN News is that Cena was given a push. In case you aren't aware, News was a lower card performer in WCW that had a white rapper gimmick during the early 1990s.

In some sad news, Tommy Rogers has passed away. He was found in front of his computer in the middle of the night by his roommate. The initial belief is that the former NWA star might have committed suicide, as he was facing a prison stint after getting involved in a fight with a police officer. Reports have surfaced that there was no suicide note left behind. Rogers teamed with Bobby Fulton as the Fantastics, a very underrated tag team during the 1980s.

Verne Gagne passes away

Some very sad news to announce. Late on Monday night, it was revealed that Verne Gagne has passed away at the age of 89. No word yet on the official cause of death, but the AWA legend had been battling Alzheimer's disease for the past couple of years. He made news back in 2009 when an altercation that he had at a health care facility ended up causing the death of his roommate. Gagne was rarely seen in public over the past year.

They used that pop and made it seem like it was Randy Orton that the audience was going wild for.

Despite being a former world heavyweight champion, his role nowadays will be that of a filler. Job security for Swagger is said to be pretty low, as management feel he is replaceable.

WWE discovered some disturbing news when they checked the ratings for Monday Night Raw this week. The show lost more than 1.5 million viewers in the span of seven days. The company has trouble keeping people interested after Wrestlemania. This does not sit well with Vince McMahon. A lot of wrestling fans opted to watch the season finale of Better Call Saul and the NCAA Championship game between Duke and Wisconsin.
