As I wrote earlier in the week, the potential of a WWE Channel is another positive. There are virtually unlimited ways to create new programming notwithstanding the Legends Roundtables, watching DVD releases w/ the talents involved with the production, daily blocks of World Class, AWA, ect has credence. Producing internet "radio shows" along the line of ESPN's Mike and MIke, etc would work. Producing a specfic number of hours of daily programming and then repeating it seems doable. The potential is really limitless.
- It will be interesting to see how Wrestlemania 26 gets out of the box for Phoenix. It's a great time to be a fan. There will be several days of activities for fans making the trip to the valley of the sun. I've attended a Fiesta Bowl there and the facility is incredible.
- Friday Night Smackdown seemed to be a solid 2 hours with more in ring content than talk. It looks as if SD will comprise a fair amount of content for Survivor Series later this month. I sure hope that I'll be ready to go by then but that is far from probable.
- Grisham and Striker are beginning to mesh as a solid broadcast duo and their efforts will continue to be a work in progress which is to be expected. I like their potential. Their progress may see yours truly assume another role TBD upon my return which works for me. I feel that I'm fortune to be able to help the team in a variety of ways. All of that is up in the air and is pure speculation until I've been medically cleared. Maybe there is a there man booth in my future especially on selected PPV's. Who knows but I for one am not concerned. Just anxious to get back in the game.
- My headaches are lessening in frequency but issues w/ my right eye persists and my tongue is still numb. Bells palsy just takes time and patience to heal. I'm not long on the patience aspect of that formula. Watching me eat hot soup is, admittedly, entertaining.

Backstage News on Dixie Carter’s Speech on Impact
It's being reported that Dixie Carter's pre-Impact address given to the entire roster of TNA talent was NOT scripted, and in fact was genuinely how the TNA President feels at the moment.
There was speculation that her address was a work, and was written into the show as part of a story line, however it seems that is not the case.
There has been a lot of frustration in the TNA locker room as of late, as we have reported, with stars such as AJ Styles and Daniels voicing their concerns with the creative direction of the company, and it seems as if Carter's speech to the talent roster this past week on Impact was designed to let the wrestlers know that she is in charge and in control.
Rey Mysterio Needed Drug Rehabilitation Last Year
In a shocking revelation, Rey Mysterio reveals in his newly released autobiography, Rey Mysterio: Behind the Mask, that he checked himself into a drug rehabilitation center last year as a result of a persistent issue with legal pain medication.
Wrestling Observer editor Dave Meltzer says it was due to lingering problems he had with his biceps last year. If you recall, Mysterio suffered a biceps injury during an overseas tour in February and underwent three surgeries within the space of a month to correct the problem.

Guest Hosts Win And Presented With WWE Spinner Belt
NASCAR driver Kyle Busch won the Nationwide Series race at Texas Motor Speedway yesterday while driving the "WWE Raw vs. Smackdown 2010" Toyota Camry. Prior to the race, he and Joey Logano were presented with a WWE spinner belt.
Lilian Garcia Tweets On Her Assault
In an update to my post yesterday, former WWE Lillian Garcia tweeted about being assaulted in New York on Friday. "I just had a punk kid try and steal my phone," Garcia wrote. "Luckily, I held on tightly and he didn't get it, but now be fore he threw me to the ground. As reported, Garcia mentions she has filed a report and is doing OK.
