WWE Supplemental Draft
Some more changes were made to the three WWE rosters on Sunday as the Supplemental Draft is taking place.
The draft is still going on as you're reading this, so check back often to see the updates. When the draft is completed, we will be doing analysis on every single roster switched that occurred from today and from Monday.
Raw Additions
As expected, William Regal switches over to the Raw brand. There have been reports that Regal is in line for a singles push. Well, the switch makes it more likely now.
Daivari returns to Raw. Kind of an interesting move because more than likely, he'll be paired up with another heel wrestler. Perhaps Umaga.
In quite possibly the biggest head scratcher of the draft, the Sandman is now on the Raw roster. The logical thing would have been to keep him in ECW so that the brand can have someone associated with the original ECW now that Sabu and Rob Van Dam are gone.
Paul London and Brian Kendrick joins the Raw tag team division. Expect some great matches between them and the World's Greatest Tag Team and the Hardys.
Jillian Hall is the newest Raw diva.
Smackdown Additions
Eugene was wasting away on Raw. Hopefully, he'll do better on a character driven show like Smackdown.
Victoria leaves Raw for Smackdown. Victoria is viewed as the "go to" diva because she's the best in-ring performer. Her role on Smackdown will be to enhance the talents of the other divas.
After an impressive showing in ECW, the Major Brothers are now on Smackdown. Good move because they now have a tag team championship to go after.
Hardcore Holly is now on the Smackdown roster. A couple of months back, Holly was establishing his place on the ECW brand. Not sure what the plan is for him on Smackdown.
To prevent Kenny Dykstra from being lost in the shuffle on Raw, the writers switched him over to Smackdown. Pairing Dykstra and Masters up with Edge in a stable could do wonders for the brand.
ECW Additions
Johnny Nitro is the final pick in the WWE Supplemental Draft. He heads over to ECW where he has a better chance at a push.
The Miz switches over to ECW. He's basically being switched over so he can join Matt Stryker as the main jobbers.
ECW appears to be developing as the brand for odd gimmicks. Viscera will either provide comedic relief or he'll be the monster heel.
