Fans at WWE live events have noticed that the company has been greatly reducing the price on Daniel Bryan merchandise over the last couple of weeks. That has led to some speculation about the future of the former world heavyweight champion, who has been out of action because of a severe neck injury. The belief is that management is simply trying to clear out the merchandise, and that it has no bearing on what will happen with Bryan.

Since it has been heavily rumored for months now and the seeds are clearly visible on Monday Night Raw, the Randy Orton baby face turn is taking place very soon. The former world heavyweight champion, however, is said to not be extremely happy about the switch. Orton has long felt more comfortable portraying a heel. He is said to be willing to go through with the turn, if it increased his chances of moving up the ladder and moving more merchandise.

There is some development in the bitter feud between WWE and CM Punk, it seems. When the former world heavyweight champion had his lawyers send a 22 page letter to the company about royalties, management responded by removing most of his products from their online store. Something might have changed backstage, as WWE is selling Punk merchandise again.

Rumors have long been floating around that there is some professional resentment from Randy Orton towards John Cena because he feels that WWE shows preferential treatment towards Cena. His recent comments on Twitter appear to confirm the speculations. Orton told fans that management only produces new merchandise for him after they make room for the Cena stuff.

Some heavy speculations have arisen this week on the possible return of Steve Austin to WWE. Reports have surfaced that management has informed manufacturers to go heavy on products related to Stone Cold and informed distributors to prepare for a boost in merchandise coming through. No word yet on what Austin will be doing when he comes back, but there is a chance that it could just be a brief appearance.

When the company moved CM Punk from their official roster to the alumni section yesterday, WWE created a bit of a stir. Things escalated even further when management removed his merchandise from the WWE Shop website. Apparently, there was some miscommunication within the company on the matter. Long known as one of the most famous wrestlers in all of Japan, Masahiro Chono has signed a new deal with WWE. However, the contract is not for him to become an in ring performer for the company. Chono and WWE have an agreement that enables the international star to sell nWo related merchandise in Japan. Chono was a part of the stable and feels that now is a good time to bring the items back to the overseas market.

Earlier in this week, Zack Ryder revealed to fans that WWE is no longer selling his merchandise. The belief is that it is a part of the company's plan to diminish his name value for when they decide to release him from his contract. Since the start of the year, Ryder has only been utilized eight times on television, all of which were losses. He hasn't had a victory on Monday Night Raw or Smackdown since December of 2012, when he pinned David Otunga on Raw.

At one point last night during TNA Lockdown 2014, Sam Shaw was a Twitter trend, as a lot of fans were on the social media site talking about his match against Mr Anderson. His stalker story line with Christy Hemme has managed to gain the attention of the industry, and he was given a good amount of credibility from Anderson in that victory over the weekend.

At TNA Lockdown 2014, Mr Anderson was able to climb out of the cage, but the referee was knocked out, and he had no choice but to return to the ring because Sam Shaw managed pull Christy Hemme into the ring. Christy was able to escape, but Anderson was caught with a low blow and a choke hold, which enabled Shawn to walk out and get the win.
