Rumors are floating around that John Cena is now making close to $10 million a year from WWE. Those numbers are astounding when you compare it to what the majority of the roster makes on a yearly basis. Most don't even make one tenth of that amount. However, Cena is a special case because of everything that he does for the company. His merchandise also moves very well.

Whenever a television show moves from one television network to another, there is usually a drop in viewership because not everyone remembers the change or knows how to find the new channel. Dixie Carter has to be pleased because Impact Wrestling drew in more viewers on their POP TV debut than they did during their final televised episode on Destination America.

Roman Reigns mocks wrestlers

Members of the internet wrestling community already don't like Roman Reigns, and now, some backstage in WWE might not like him either. During a recent interview, he mocked performers who named their moves. Sheamus was specifically mentioned as someone that has lots of unique names in his move set. Reigns stated that he refused to be a nerd and sticks with the tradition move names.

Right now, there are some concerns backstage about the in ring style that Seth Rollins utilizes. When you are a heel, you generally want to make the audience dislike you. When asked during a recent interview about Dolph Ziggler using the super kick finishing move, Shawn Michaels stated that he was more than fine with it because wrestlers need to recycle moves. He stated that he would be a hypocrite for being upset because he himself took some moves from the legendary Ricky Morton, the king of tag team matches.

At a live event in Saginaw over the weekend, Erick Rowan suffered some sort of arm injury, and it appears to be quite serious. However, the belief is that he is going to try to work through it because he knows that WWE moves people down the ladder when they are off the road. That is the reason why Rowan worked a live event the following night after being hurt.

Cena vs Owens at MITB

In what was a tremendous match as expected, John Cena was able to defeat Kevin Owens, who was protected by WWE because he survived two Attitude Adjustment moves. Owens assaulted Cena during their post match handshake. This could be a sign that management is putting together a rubber match between the two of them.
