When it was revealed that Dewey Foley was hired by WWE to be a part of the creative department, Mick Foley took some heat from the internet wrestling community because they thought that he had been campaigning to get his son a plush job. Mick took to social media to reveal that his son was actually hired two months ago so his latest rants had nothing to do with the hiring.

Through social media, Mick Foley revealed that he recently filmed a movie called Chokeslam, which sounds like it is a wrestling themed film. It is interesting to note that the cast also consists of Lance Storm and Davey Boy Smith Jr. A female Tough Enough contestant was also involved in the movie. Foley did not reveal what their roles were. Producers are trying to find funding to release the movie.

When a legendary performer like Mick Foley does it, though, then it becomes a serious thing. He stated that she was a pioneer because she proved to WWE that you do not have to be a cookie cutter diva in order to succeed in the business. The former world heavyweight champion also stated that AJ was the person that paved the way for performers like Paige to get a chance with the company.

The legendary performer stated that the pay per view is just starting to feel like a secondary show. He stated that WWE is making the same mistake with this show as they did with the Survivor Series, a formerly great gimmick event that has become basically just another show on the calendar.
