When it was revealed that Dewey Foley was hired by WWE to be a part of the creative department, Mick Foley took some heat from the internet wrestling community because they thought that he had been campaigning to get his son a plush job. Mick took to social media to reveal that his son was actually hired two months ago so his latest rants had nothing to do with the hiring.

Through social media, Mick Foley revealed that he recently filmed a movie called Chokeslam, which sounds like it is a wrestling themed film. It is interesting to note that the cast also consists of Lance Storm and Davey Boy Smith Jr. A female Tough Enough contestant was also involved in the movie. Foley did not reveal what their roles were. Producers are trying to find funding to release the movie.

In what may be a way to counteract Mick Foley and criticism of their current product, WWE has hired Dewey Foley, who is now 23 years old, as a member of the creative department. Reports are saying that he will begin working with the company shortly after the holidays are over. It will be interesting to see how Mick talks about the product once Dewey starts being involved in the process.

Last week, Mick Foley generated a good amount of buzz online when he revealed that he was getting tired of Monday Night Raw and considered no longer being a fan of WWE. At 4am today, the former world heavyweight champion decided to do another rant where he stated that the episode taking place tonight might be the last one that he watches. Foley wants management to push the right people.
