Twice now, Alberto Del Rio has proven that he is a team player by doing the right thing and using his former world heavyweight champion status to elevate Kalisto, a performer that WWE thinks can sell a lot of merchandise for them. Reports have surfaced that he might be doing it a third time at Fastlane by putting over the popular masked performer in a rematch for the United States Heavyweight Championship.

In a sign that the group is here to stay, WWE has just produced new Social Outcasts tee shirts. Management has a history of pushing performers who can move merchandise, so Bo Dallas, Curtis Axel, Heath Slater and Adam Rose might finally receive pushes if their stable generates a lot of a sales. The front of the shirt has their name with a hash tag in front of it, while the back has the phrase "Now Trending" across the top.

Those numbers are astounding when you compare it to what the majority of the roster makes on a yearly basis. Most don't even make one tenth of that amount. This week, WWE was able to finalize legends contracts with Boogeyman, Superstar Billy Graham and Tatanka. They will not be the last announcements. Management is said to be working out quite a bit more of deals. The company likes these deals because they are not overly expensive, and it gives them access to more performers for public appearances. Plus, merchandise can be made.

On Friday, Boogeyman told fans through social media that he had signed a legends contract with WWE. The company decided to confirm that today by releasing an official statement. Management believes that his character is still intriguing enough to fans, so he will more than likely be used a bit more frequently at fan access events. Some new merchandise is a possibility as well.

Animal explains that the reason why the front office did that is because they were selling so much merchandise. Management wanted to give them a softer side to cater to the younger fan base.

That will definitely cause people to think that management is purposely getting rid of things associated with the recently suspended performer. This could just be something as simple as management not wanting to produce any more merchandise for him.
