On May 24, 2015, AAA is holding another Lucha Libre World Cup live event in Mexico. TNA is going to have a presence there, as one of the teams competing in the tournament will be represented by that company. As of right now, Matt Hardy is the only performer that is confirmed for the team. However, management should be able to finalize deals soon to round out the rest of the unit. The two companies maintain a good working relationship.

Last month, photos surfaced of Shane Helms being at an Impact Wrestling taping. Rumors spread like wildfire at the time, but no one knew of the details. Matt Hardy revealed some of that during a recent interview. He stated that TNA was in need of more agents and producers, so they asked him for recommendations. He immediately told them about Helms, who is off the shelf as an in ring performer because of a torn ACL suffered in December.

In order to help their performers make more money each year, TNA has decided to modify the rule that prevents them from working in other promotions. In the past, special permission was granted for the wrestlers to work on cards promoted by Tommy Dreamer, Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy. Now, they are free to work internet pay per view events for smaller independent companies. ROH is still not an option for the wrestlers, however.

Since fans are still clinging on to the rumors that TNA has been late in paying performers, Matt Hardy has decided to explain the situation in the hopes that some will be smart enough to understand. He stated that the front office has never been late in paying he and Jeff Hardy. The former US champion even posted a photo of the monthly fee check, per match check, royalty check and another check that was included in the new contract he signed.
