During a recent interview, he revealed that one of his biggest regrets while being the top executive in WCW was that he did not listen to Chris Jericho enough. Bischoff stated that Jericho had a lot of great ideas at the time for his character, but he was too stubborn to listen to them, which led to Jericho leaving for WWE.

The legendary manager stated that the former NXT champion was a bit difficult to deal with backstage throughout the majority of his career.
