While the comment may mean actually nothing, Alistar Overeem stated that he would be willing to give Brock Lesnar a rematch. However, it will not be in UFC. Overeem, who was the last person that Lesnar ever faced in his Ultimate Fighting Championship career, stated that he would only do a match once he is retired and only in WWE. Overeem is said to be interested in professional wrestling because he knows what Lesnar is being paid.

Twice now, Alberto Del Rio has proven that he is a team player by doing the right thing and using his former world heavyweight champion status to elevate Kalisto, a performer that WWE thinks can sell a lot of merchandise for them. Reports have surfaced that he might be doing it a third time at Fastlane by putting over the popular masked performer in a rematch for the United States Heavyweight Championship.

While there have been rumors about him receiving a push from WWE, Kalisto might shockingly be wrestling for a singles title at the Royal Rumble later on this month. Management is considering having the masked performer challenge Alberto Del Rio for the United States Heavyweight Championship at the pay per view. Since Sin Cara is out with a shoulder injury, WWE needed someone for Kalisto to team with during the live events. Management opted to go with El Torito in that role. There is a silver lining to the shoulder injury suffered by Sin Cara. It has allowed WWE to give a small push to Kalisto. On Smackdown, the masked performer was given an upset victory over Alberto Del Rio. The move was done so that a title match can be set up between the two of them. In 2015, World Wrestling Entertainment gave him a little push when they had him in the tournament to crown a new world champion.

When WWE decided to take lower level wrestlers and form a stable called the Social Outcasts, they enlisted Adam Rose, Bo Dallas, Heath Slater and Curtis Axel. A noticeable absence was Damien Sandow, who has a much bigger connection with the audience than the four aforementioned performers. As of right now, there appears to be no plans by management to include Sandow in with this group.

In a move that might cause a few performers to be placed on the inactive list, WWE is now doing random checkups on their performers to see if they have medical coverage. While they do not provide it themselves, Vince McMahon and company expect the performers to be properly covered out of their own pocket. Developmental wrestlers make less money, so they might be most affected by this rule.
