TNA threatening lawsuit

In response to all the rumors that are floating around right now about Impact Wrestling being canceled, TNA has issued an official statement on the matter. The company is threatening to sue those that are facilitating the speculation. Fans are still waiting for public denial from Dixie Carter, but the belief is that the company would not be threatening legal action if they were actually informed of a cancellation from Destination America.

Eric Bischoff suing TNA

Apparently, there have been some legal issues between TNA and the production company that Eric Bischoff owns. The latter filed a lawsuit on May 15, 2015 that states that the former did not make good on a contract that the two sides signed. Bischoff is claiming that the company owes he and his partner $114,000, even though they did not do production work for the promotion during that three month span. Lawyers will need to sort out the verbiage.

While doing an interview with Adam Carolla to discuss his charity work, Piper decided to go off on a tangent about HTM. He stated that out of all the wrestlers, the man legally known as Wayne Ferris was an asshole. Piper also states that he does not have any real skills and is quite the jealous person in the industry.

DeMott hinted that he was instructed by management to do what he was accused of doing. He could not go into too much details, as it was clearly obvious that he was trying to avoid getting into a legal battle with the company.

While it is definitely not something that she wanted, Jillian Hall is back in the spotlight because she was recently arrested down in Florida. On Aprill 10, 2015, she was detained by a police officer because she was well above the legal limit for blood alcohol content and driving. She was released on a $500 bond a couple of hours later. Jillian plead not guilty, which is the customary thing to do in instances like these. She is unlikely to face jail time.

The man legally known as Dave Bautista stated that he doesn't like the idea of working television because the front office is too dependent on scripts.

As if he doesn't already have enough legal issues on his plate at the moment, Vince McMahon is facing yet another one. This time, it is being filed by Tommy Gilbert, who is acting on behalf of the late Eddie Gilbert and Doug Gilbert, who portrayed the Dark Patriot in GWF. Gilbert is suing both WWE and ESPN for using footage of his sons without their permissions. Representatives from both companies feel confident they can get the case dismissed.

Havok flat out stated to fans that she has been paid the exact amount that was promised her every single time. She also revealed that her pay checks have never been late. The woman legally known as Jessica Cricks said that management has done nothing but help her wrestling career. She is thankful for that.

The woman legally known as Tenille Dashwood has been working on a heel turn, and might just be the thing that gets her back on the main roster with a nice push to follow.
