This time, it is being filed by Tommy Gilbert, who is acting on behalf of the late Eddie Gilbert and Doug Gilbert, who portrayed the Dark Patriot in GWF. Gilbert is suing both WWE and ESPN for using footage of his sons without their permissions. Representatives from both companies feel confident they can get the case dismissed.

Havok flat out stated to fans that she has been paid the exact amount that was promised her every single time. She also revealed that her pay checks have never been late. Management has announced that the Pale Princess will be doing a movie with the Miz called Santa's Little Helper.

Since he is still massively popular, fans obviously would love for the former WCW star to stick around and work at least another Wrestlemania. Abdullah lost a major legal battle last year when a judge decided that he was responsible for giving a disease to another wrestler.

It looks like the gang is going to be just as defiant in real life as their characters are in New Japan. Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson already have heat with the company, so they have no issues defying them. Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows are expected to continue using the hand sign as well.

In case you have not noticed, accusations against Bill DeMott have not been as vocal as they previously were. Joey Ryan hinted on social media that the WWE legal department might have had something to do with that. He was one of the more vocal of the people who believe that management should have fired DeMott for his inappropriate behavior towards the developmental wrestlers. Ryan has a well known hatred of DeMott.
