WWE was not as oblivious to the accusations thrown at Bill DeMott as many fans assume them to be. There are cameras installed throughout the performance center, and the company does keep footage of all the practices. The move was done a couple of years back because the front office wanted to protect themselves from potential lawsuits from disgruntled developmental wrestlers who ended up not making it to the main roster.

While Bill DeMott is no longer with the company after tendering his resignation earlier this month, the former trainer is expected to be sitting in a room with WWE representatives again very soon. The belief in the industry is that there will be lawsuits heading towards the desk of Vince McMahon very soon. Some of the developmental wrestlers that made allegations are expected to now take things to court. Settlements are expected.

While Cassandra Frazier sounds very serious about her allegations, the belief is that WWE is not all that concerned about the lawsuit that she has filed against them this week. Management feels that their legal team should be able to clear up the matter rather swiftly and easily. She is claiming that her husband Big Daddy V died due to head injuries suffered while working for the company. Company lawyers are dealing with similar lawsuits.

Earlier today, it was reported that Cassandra Frazier, who is the widow of Big Daddy V, has filed a lawsuit against WWE, claiming that her husband had died because of injuries suffered while working for the company. Management issued an official statement, saying that they had not been served with the lawsuit yet, but when it does arrive at their doorsteps, they will vigorously defend themselves against the claims in a court of law.

Reports recently surfaced that Vince McMahon had allegedly offered to pay $93 million to the Hart family if they agreed to not pursue legal action against the company for the accidental and untimely death of Owen Hart. There are also allegations from family members that Bret Hart was the one that prevented that payment from taking place, which caused the family to end up with a lot less money after the lawsuit was over and done with.

The contract between Brock Lesnar and WWE does not expire until after Wrestlemania is over. However, that is not stopping Bellator from starting their pursuit of the former NCAA wrestling champion. Scott Coker confirmed through a recent interview that he has already made contact with Lesnar. In order to prevent a potential tampering lawsuit, Coker also made sure to mention that there was no negotiations taking place during the talks.
