Roman Reigns
WWE wants Roman Reigns to become their biggest star. However, he currently lacks the speaking skills that other top level performers usually have. To maximize his time during his injury recover, Reigns has been seeking the help of Howard Fine, a highly praised acting coach in Hollywood. The hope is that the former Shield member will be ready to carry the company after Wrestlemania 31, where he is expected to win the heavyweight championship.

Alexander Rusev
After Monday Night Raw went off the air, WWE Network subscribers were treated to a bonus match. Alexander Rusev challenged Sheamus for the United States Heavyweight Championship, a match which was originally planned for Survivor Series 2014. The Russian heel ended up winning the title after Sheamus passed out from the Camel Clutch submission. No word yet on why WWE opted to do the match earlier than scheduled.

John Cena
Initially, WWE felt that a match between John Cena and Randy Orton at Hell in a Cell 2014 was going to be able to sell itself. Management reportedly noticed the lack of interest and a good amount of complaint from fans, so they made the decision to change things up. The winner now gets a shot at the heavyweight championship, which should pique interest from more fans.

Cameron
Since Nikki Bella and Cameron have confirmed it publicly, the widespread belief among fans is that the cast member of Total Divas are not allowed to hold a championship in WWE. Stephanie McMahon, however, is disputing that rumor. During a recent interview, she flat out denied it when asked about the rumor. McMahon stated that it would be great for one of the cast members to hold the belt because it would drive more attention to the story.
October 21, 2014
Brock Lesnar
While Brock Lesnar is not defending the WWE Heavyweight Championship for the time being, that does not mean that he is simply just sitting around the house. In addition to working out on a daily basis, the former UFC Heavyweight Champion has been doing a lot of hunting up in Canada recently. No word yet on when his official return to WWE is, but many are expecting it to be in time for Royal Rumble 2015.
October 16, 2014
AJ Styles
Back in June, Yoshi Tatsu was given his release from WWE, and many speculated that it would only be a matter of time before he headed back overseas. Earlier this week, he made his return to New Japan by attacking Jeff Jarrett and helped Hiroshi Tanahashi recapture the IWGP Heavyweight Championship from AJ Styles, whom Jarrett was trying to help illegally regain the belt.
October 15, 2014
AJ Styles
Back in May, AJ Styles surprised the wrestling world by joining New Japan and winning the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. The move was done to help elevate the Bullet Club stable. The reign was ended this week when Hiroshi Tanahashi recaptured the title that was initially taken from him by Styles. Tanahashi and Kazuchika Okada will battle it out at the big annual January pay per view for the belt.
October 13, 2014
Alexander Rusev
Since he made an appearance on Monday Night Raw and worked a segment with Alexander Rusev, speculation has run wild that the Rock will be wrestling a match at Wrestlemania 31. As of right now, that seems highly unlikely, as the former world heavyweight championship has signed on for several movies over the next year. The studios are also said to be against the idea of him risking injuries in a wrestling ring again.
October 9, 2014
Brock Lesnar
With Brock Lesnar taking the WWE championship home with him during his typical break from the business, Paul Heyman has been left hanging. The massively popular manager has been omitted from a couple of episodes of Monday Night Raw, including the latest one. Management simply cannot find something for him to do while Lesnar is not on television.
October 7, 2014
Cliff Compton
Since walking out on WWE earlier in the year, CM Punk has not really been involved with professional wrestling. However, he decided to end the sabbatical recently, in order to support a very close friend. Cliff Compton, who formerly worked as Domino in WWE, was scheduled to win the OVW heavyweight championship, so Punk decided to attend the show backstage and support his buddy.

Alexander Rusev
After winning his war against Mark Henry, Alexander Rusev was transitioned over into a feud with Big Show. The two of them are expected to finish off their program at Hell in a Cell 2014. Rusev is expected to come out on top and move further up the ladder. Reports have surfaced that WWE is going to pair him up with Sheamus and have him take the United States Heavyweight Championship off of him.
October 2, 2014
Vince McMahon
Vince McMahon reportedly has a rule about the cast of Total Divas. None of them are allowed to hold the championship while they are a part of that reality show. No word yet on why McMahon has that rule in place right now, but it is quite peculiar since WWE basically scripts a lot of their segments based on what is happening on Total Divas.
September 25, 2014
Samoa Joe
Those of you that watch Impact Wrestling already know that Samoa Joe did a segment where he gave up the TNA X Division Championship. That led to some speculations from fans as to whether or not it is a story line. Unfortunately, the injury is a legitimate one. Joe has been having some problems with his shoulders. He might still try to work through the pain and perform at Bound For Glory 2014, though.
September 25, 2014
Cody Rhodes
On Night of Champions 2014, Cody Rhodes and Goldust defeated Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso for the WWE tag team championship. Rumors are floating around that management felt that the twins had grown stale because they ran out of teams to defend the titles again. Plus, Rhodes has really been getting into his Stardust character, so the front office wants to see if the gimmick can pick up further steam with a championship push.
September 22, 2014
Damien Sandow
If you watched WWE NXT Takeover last night, you know that Tyler Breeze failed to win the heavyweight championship. However, management might have something better for him. Reports have surfaced that Breeze is on the verge of being given a promotion to the main roster, where the cocky character will be joining the entourage of the Miz, which already features Damien Sandow.
September 12, 2014
Bray Wyatt
When he was feuding with John Cena, Bray Wyatt appeared to be a lock to remain in the WWE main event scene for quite some time. When that feud ended, he was able to maintain some momentum when Chris Jericho made his return to the company and feuded with Wyatt. Since there is a lack of top level talent in WWE, there are now talks that management could have Wyatt feuding with Dolph Ziggler over the Intercontinental Championship, even though it seems out of the norm for his character to chase a secondary belt.
September 10, 2014
Michael Elgin
There has been a ton of speculations on the situation between Michael Elgin and ROH. The former heavyweight champion apparently is stuck in Canada and cannot return to the United States because of issues with his work visa. New reports have surfaced that ROH management places the blame squarely on Elgin for being unorganized. For those that do not know, he abruptly dropped the heavyweight championship under mysterious conditions.
September 10, 2014
Brock Lesnar
Even though Brock Lesnar agreed to work more dates for the company, WWE still has reservations about having a part time world champion. Reports have surfaced that management is considering the possibility of having Seth Rollins cashing in on his Money in the Bank briefcase at Night of Champions. The move would require John Cena to regain the championship briefly.
September 6, 2014
Bobby Lashley
Bellator 123 is over, and Bobby Lashley has another win in his MMA career now. The TNA World Heavyweight Champion successfully defeated Josh Burns via submission. The win took place about a minute into the second round when Lashley was able to lock on a rear naked choke hold. The victory is expected to be heavily hyped up by TNA to bring a little more credibility to their championship.

Jimmy Uso
Motherhood could be calling a diva away from WWE soon. Naomi Knight recently revealed that she and Jimmy Uso are interested in starting a family. They wish to have four children together. That has sparked speculations that Naomi could be leaving the company in the near future. For what it's worth, she did state that she does not want to leave WWE until she captures the Divas Championship first.

Mike Tenay
There were some backstage jokes at Bound For Glory 2014 that Mike Tenay was the agent for Kaz Hayashi. The two of them formed a bit of a bond when they were working in WCW together. When Wrestle-1 officials were trying to decide who to throw into the triple threat match with Low Ki and Samoa Joe, it was Tenay that convinced them to go with Hayashi. Japanese officials were said to be quite impressed that Tenay even knew who Hayashi was.
October 13, 2014
Eric Bischoff
After a couple of years working in Japan, Kaz Hayashi wanted to try something bigger, so he opted to go wrestle in Mexico back in 1997. It proved to be quite the career move, as within five months of arriving in the company, he was recruited by WCW and signed to a contract. This was during the time where Eric Bischoff was collecting global talent at a rapid pace.
