Now that he is no longer with the company, Justin Gabriel is free to speak his mind about his tenure with WWE. He noted that he was frustrated for approximately three years. Management simply refused to notice and acknowledged the effort that he put out in order to get a push. Gabriel even stated that he took the initiative to go work down in NXT to develop his character more. When the boiling point hit, he simply asked for a release.

The main reason why Justin Gabriel decided to walk away from WWE was because he wanted to be able to perform more frequently in front of fans. He still had a passion for the industry, but grown frustrated because he was basically a filler guy for the company. He now gets his chance to show his magic in the ring again. Gabriel has signed a contract with GFW and will be part of the roster that will be touring later on this summer.

For those of you that are critical towards Justin Gabriel for giving up on his career in WWE, it should be noted that he really tried hard to turn things around. He even came up with a new gimmick called Darewolf, a combination of a daredevil and a werewolf. Gabriel claims that Vince McMahon really liked the idea, but Triple H was the one that shot it down. Gabriel then tried working in NXT, but eventually realized his chance would never come.

It is a basically a foregone conclusion that Adrian Neville is going to eventually end up on the main roster in WWE. The belief is that management believes that he can be a big star because of his finisher. They feel that the corkscrew shooting star press is a move that can generate a connection with the audience, much like what Justin Gabriel was able to do with his finishing move. Management just needs to keep having faith in Neville afterwards.

For the small portion of you out there that are hoping that Justin Gabriel will make a return to WWE some day, you should make certain to not hold your breath. Management is said to be furious about him walking out on the company. There is said to be an enormous amount of backstage heat on him, even though he is a bottom of the card guy. Gabriel is unlikely to ever be welcomed back into the company, which he is fine with.
