JTG and Shad Gaspard are not the only former WWE tag team doing a reunion. Word going around is that Curt Hawkins and Tyler Reks are looking into doing a tour of the independent wrestling circuit together. Reks has not been all that active since leaving WWE to start his own business. The two of them should have enough name value to pick up bookings.

When WWE announced that they were releasing several performers from their main roster earlier this month, it caught a few of them by surprise. JTG, however, was well prepared for his release. He had been expecting it for quite some time now. There was an incident a while back where he received major backstage heat from management for speaking out about payment. Since then, his days with WWE were numbered. JTG recently revealed to TMZ that he had started planning around the release way before it took place.

A bit of a buzz was created for Cryme Tyme over the weekend, thanks to an interview on TMZ, where Shad Gaspard and JTG informed the fans that they are now teaming up again on the independent wrestling circuit. If you're a big fan of Cryme Tyme, then get on the phone with the independent wrestling promotion to ask them to book the former WWE tag team. Now that JTG has been given a release by the company, he has decided to reunite with Shad Gaspard, so that the two of them can be booked as a unit on the indies circuit. Combined, they have much more name value, so they can command a higher contract from promoters.

JTG
A lot of people have been expecting the release of JTG since he spoke up to management about pay per view bonus checks a couple of years back, but it never happened. Until today, that is. The former Cryme Tyme member was one of many WWE stars to lose their jobs today. To his credit, JTG has already been planning for this by working on a business project with Tyler Reks.

When he left WWE, Tyler Reks made it abundantly clear that he was doing so because he wanted to focus on other business opportunities. He is launching one of those soon in BodySpartan.com, a website dedicated to fitness. Among his business partners are current WWE stars JTG and Ezekiel Jackson, both of whom are on the roster but seldom used.

While morale is really low backstage due to the recent and severe drop in royalty checks, WWE performers are not speaking out on the matter because they are afraid of Vince McMahon. Many saw what happened to JTG when he voiced his opinion about low pay per view bonus checks. The former Cryme Tyme member was buried for more than a year and recently was given a release form his contract.

Since he has been infrequently utilized by the company over the last year, there have long been speculations that JTG will be released by WWE once his contract is up. It appears that there is some merit behind those rumors, as the former Cryme Tyme member has been focused on other business ventures to ensure that his departure from WWE is not too rough.

If you're looking to watch JTG, then the WWE Network may be the way to go, as management has kept him off of Monday Night Raw and Smackdown for more than a year now. The former Cryme Tyme member posted this message on Twitter, stating that he was watching his own debut match on the network.

Hunico
There are those in the company that still believe that Vince McMahon is keeping wrestlers on the roster because of Linda McMahon and her ongoing political career. Guys like Evan Bourne, Ezekiel Jackson, Hunico, JTG and Yoshi Tatsu are still on the contract and receiving a salary from the company despite not doing much.

In a sign that management isn't paying much attention to the guy, JTG has yet to be admonished for mentioning the backstage heat situation involving CM Punk on Twitter. The comments are still on there, even though WWE has been trying to keep word from getting out.

Randy Orton
A lot of fans were under the impression that Randy Orton was going to make an appearance at Survivor Series 2014, especially since he was backstage and the event was taking place in his hometown. For those that are not keen to social media, that means that he approves of the message. It also shows that HHH isn't as upset with Punk as some people think he is.

Kevin Steen
When you sign a developmental contract with WWE, more often than not, you're going to be spending a good amount of time in training and not on television. Of course, when you have the experience that Kevin Steen has, the wait is a lot shorter. The former ROH Heavyweight Champion, who is now going by the name of Kevin Owens, is scheduled to make his debut on December 11, 2014 at the Takeover: R Evolution event.
November 22, 2014
Erick Rowan
The surprising face turn for Erick Rowan recently left fans a bit confused, as there had been no signs of that happening. The reason for that is simply because WWE did not have it planned out. The move was done at the last minute when management found out that Sheamus was being forced into surgery to repair an assortment of ailments. Rowan went from not being scheduled for Survivor Series 2014 to being in the main event.
November 21, 2014
Dixie Carter
Now that the television deal is signed and sealed, Dixie Carter and her staff will be focusing on offering contracts to performers, both in house and free agents. The network is hoping to lure in professional wrestling fans to their other shows as well.

Hollywood will more than likely go with an established actor in the movie.
November 19, 2014
Bray Wyatt
Someone in the WWE front office has not been paying attention to the story lines. On Monday Night Raw, Jack Swagger was injured by the Authority and removed from Survivor Series 2015. However, when the show runners needed someone to work against Bray Wyatt on Main Event this week, they accidentally chose Swagger as the opponent, not realizing that he should be kept off of television for a couple of weeks.
