It looks like WWE wants to promote Roman Reigns as a top star during the upcoming tour of Japan. Management is booking him in singles matches against Kane, a performer that Japanese fans are aware of. Reigns will more than likely be going over in those bouts. WWE is also booking Reigns for a tag team match with John Cena during the tour as well, which should give him a little more credibility with the overseas fans.

When Yoshi Tatsu was given a release by WWE, he was devastated by it because he had been working so hard in developmental to get back to the main roster. However, he is not one to give up on a wrestling career. Reports have surfaced that he will be heading back overseas to sign a contract with New Japan after he finishes up his commitment on the independent circuit.

The deal is for five years, which means that Dixie Carter and company will maintain a strong presence overseas, even if they are unable to secure another deal with Spike. Many in the industry are under the impression that Impact Wrestling will remain on television in the United States somehow.

While the movie did not dominate in the United States as the studios had hoped, Hercules has done well overseas. Rock has now informed the fans that the movie has topped the box offices in India, Russia and Australia. The movie has generated almost the same amount from international viewers as it has domestic ones. Triple H might be downplaying his arrival to the developmental program, but Kenta Kobayashi is far from a regular new performer joining WWE. Internally, he is being viewed as a major marketing asset as the company is hoping to expand its reaches in Japan. A television network has already agreed to air WWE NXT since Kobayashi will be featured on those shows. The Japanese star is also set to help promote the WWE Network when it expands overseas.

Chono was a part of the stable and feels that now is a good time to bring the items back to the overseas market.

You can expect to see more of Seiya Sanada on Impact Wrestling over the next few months. The former TNA X Division Champion has decided to sign another contract with Dixie Carter that will ensure that he remains in the United States until at least the end of the year. Sanada also has a deal with the Great Muta, so he will be venturing back overseas for tours with Wrestle-1 as well. The rumored deal has been finalized.
