John Laurinaitis had an offer on the table, but he backed out of the deal at the very last minute because he did not want to leave TNA after spending so many years there. During the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, the injured Roman Reigns made a surprising appearance to accept a Slammy award. Fans noted that the usually robotic speaker was a lot more comfortable with his speech. Jim Ross, who has a pretty good track record of spotting and signing talent for WWE, noticed as well. The legendary commentator posted on social media that he felt that Reigns showed some subtle mannerisms that are similar to his cousin The Rock.
