Back in February, it was confirmed that GFW would be based in Las Vegas. Now, it looks like Jeff Jarrett has finalized the deal because he has started to do official promotion for it. While not a lot of details have been released, Jarrett has informed us that it will definitely be taking place this summer. No confirmation yet on a television deal, but the belief is that Global Force Wrestling can help further the cause by doing live events at least.

The very first GFW pay per view will be taking place in a couple of weeks, so Jeff Jarrett has been working diligently to find a broadcasting partner for Jim Ross. Jarrett and Ross then turned to Matt Striker, an underrated talker that was released from WWE back in June of 2013 when his contract expired.
