"I got pulled over on the way to a show, and the guy took my car away from me (she did not realize she had a speeding ticket out that had not been paid). Here I was with my rental car and they took it away from me, they said I couldn't drive. I was like ok, cool. The cop leaves me on the side of the road. Me, my two big bags, and my dog Gemini. Here I am on the side of the road. Here comes the Hardy Boyz! Flying down the highway. I get a phone call, 'Maria, was that you on the side of the road?' Yeah, it was me. Matt was on the phone. Matt's like, 'We're coming to get ya!' I'm like, 'Ok good!' Here comes Matt, picks me up, and we keep going. So, The Hardy's are my angels." - Maria Kanellis tells a story about how Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy saved her

"Willow was my bad guy identity when Matt Hardy and I were running the OMEGA shows. I would be Jeff Hardy as the good guy and Willow would be the bad guy wrestling Matt across the indie circuit. It was an alter-ego back then, and now I had a chance to bring it back in TNA. I'm glad they gave me the chance to do it because it means the world to me to see how cool the promos have turned out and the vignettes leading up to the debut, and the entrance. The in-ring matches are still a work in progress for me, but it's fun to be that extension of myself, especially now at 36 years old on national TV." - Jeff Hardy discusses his new character on Impact Wrestling

"It was great. I was watching Monday Night Raw when they first announced it and I was glad to see that. I'm very proud of her. Anytime you're inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, it's quite the honor." - Jeff Hardy sharing his thoughts on Lita being inducted at Wrestlemania 30

"If you love wrestling, watch me on ROH, Jeff Hardy on TNA, support OMEGA, pull for Jeff Jarrett and Karen Jarrett, root for independent wrestling. Wrestling needs true fans." - Matt Hardy asking fans to support the entire industry instead of just WWE

Fans have dream matches that they want to see. Professional wrestlers, though, have dream matches that they want to work. Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards are big fans of Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy, and word going around the locker room is that the TNA World Tag Team Champions were honored to be in the same ring as a tag team that they looked up to.

Earlier this week, Jeff Hardy and Jeff Jarrett went on a vacation together with their families in tow. While that might come as a surprise to a lot of fans, this is not the first time that the two families have done this. Apparently, Hardy and Jarrett have grown rather close over the years. That closeness has led to rumors about Hardy bolting TNA after his contract expires to join Jarrett in his new Global Force Wrestling promotion.

Based on all the moves that they have been making as of late, it seems that Dixie Carter and her company are hellbent on generating big numbers at these upcoming shows in New York City. TNA just announced that Jeff Hardy will be challenging Bobby Lashley for the world heavyweight championship at one of the shows. Both guys have name value thanks to their time in WWE.
June 21, 2014
Since the company is hoping to generate some buzz, TNA has announced that Matt Hardy will be making his return to Impact Wrestling to team up with his brother, Jeff Hardy. The duo will forever be remembered as one of the most popular tandems in professional wrestling history, and they still have a good amount of people interested in them.

Over the last couple of months, Jeff Hardy has been working more and more independent wrestling shows. The big reason for that is because he wants to work with his brother Matt Hardy. Rumors are spreading now, though, that Hardy could be testing the waters to see if the independents could be an alternative to TNA, as it would give him even more freedom with his time.

In approximately two years, TNA has reduced the amount of contracted performers by nearly half, going from 60 to 33 during that stretch of time. Dixie Carter and company have been forced to allow performers to leave whenever their contracts expire because they need to become fiscally responsible if they wish to remain in business. Rumor has it that only Kurt Angle, Jeff Hardy, Bully Ray, Samoa Joe, Abyss, James Storm, Bobby Roode and Mr Anderson have big salaries.

In a really one sided match at TNA Sacrifice 2014, Kurt Angle and Willow, who is the alter ego of Jeff Hardy, were able to defeat Ethan Carter and Rockstar Spud. Hardy hit Spud with a Twist of Fate, Angle followed it up with a suplex and Hardy closed things out with his Swanton bomb finishing move for the pin fall victory.

A big independent wrestling show is taking place tonight at the Union Pines High School in North Carolina. A picture of the official Slammiversary 2014 poster, which features Brutus Magnus as the centerpiece attraction. Behind him are Bobby Roode, Jeff Hardy, MVP and Kurt Angle, which has led to speculations that TNA could be doing a big world heavyweight championship match featuring all five of the performers.

A look back at one of the most brutal injuries suffered within a WWE ring. Joey Mercury, who was teaming with John Morrison at the time, suffered a broken nose in a match against Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy when a ladder spot went awry. This video is very graphic, so proceed at your own risk.

When the Willow gimmick showed up in TNA, a lot of fans wondered what exactly was going on with Jeff Hardy. Well, it turns out that the gimmick change was basically his desire to try something new with his character. He wanted to bring a little more excitement for himself after having been in the wrestling business since he was a teenager.
March 15, 2014
Last week, Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy teamed up for an independent wrestling show, and the place was packed to the brim. They are hoping to do so again in April when they do an OMEGA event in Cameron, North Carolina, their howetown. The event will benefit the high school that the brothers attended. Shane Helms and Shannon Moore are rumored to be appearing as well.
March 1, 2014
After taking a much needed break to heal up his body, Shannon Moore has now started training again, and he has stated that he would like to make a come back to professional wrestling. His good friends Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy and Shane Helms recently drew in a packed house at an independent wrestling show, so a group tour could be an option.
February 28, 2014
While most people focus solely on the negatives of a person, Matt Hardy should be highly commended for his work this past weekend. He ran an independent wrestling show under his OMEGA banner, and it was such a success that they were able to raise over $5000 for a local autism charity. Jeff Hardy and Shane Helms were also at the event.
February 26, 2014
In a sign that his drawing power is still pretty strong, an independent wrestling show that featured Jeff Hardy drew an impressive sold out crowd. Matt Hardy and Shane Helms, who also worked the event, tried to persuade the local Fire Marshall to allow them to sell standing room tickets, but they were denied for safety reasons.

As many fans already know, Jeff Hardy is returning to Impact Wrestling soon as Willow the Wisp, a character that he created before he became an internationally known star in the business. The first video was released by TNA last week, and now we have this second one to further tease the audience.
February 22, 2014
With Jeff Hardy expected to return in a couple of weeks, there has been much speculation as to whom he would be working with on Impact Wrestling. As of right now, it appears that the former world heavyweight champion is penciled in to work a program against Rockstar Spud. Seeds were planted prior to his recent break from television.
February 13, 2014
While a lot of people already knew that the return was happening, MVP, who is acting as an investor in the company, announced that Jeff Hardy would be coming back to television TNA Lockdown 2014. The popular wrestler was given some time off because he was not able to join the rest of the crew on the European tour in January.

"If it's true that Spike TV doesn't renew their deal with TNA, it's a double edged sword, in my opinion. They were and are atrociously bad at advertising the show whatsoever. I never used to see us advertised except maybe an hour before Impact Wrestling started. Not acceptable. The most annoying part when I was still wrestling there was I'd see Bellator constantly advertised, and we were doing better numbers at the time. Hell, even Manswers got better public relations by the network than we did. The bad side of the sword is that it obviously takes a ton of TNA's revenue away that they counted on to pay the wrestlers. For the company's future, I think the further they get the hell away from Spike, the better the company will be. That's just my opinion obviously." - Matt Morgan on the rumors that Spike TV is canceling their television deal with TNA

"Dolph Ziggler has got to be one of the toughest men to put on a pair of boots, but he's going to be like Mick Foley in another five years because that kid beats his body up more than anybody on the crew. I do know this, in my dealings with him, when I'm his producer, he gives everything he's got. He does some really phenomenal and athletic stuff." - Arn Anderson thinks WWE should push Ziggler
July 20, 2014
"He just signed with us. I was there when he had his tryout at the WWE Performance Center and I met with him there. We've been working on this for a while. His training will start when he gets here. The thing is, you can be a big star anyplace else in the world. That gets you in the door. What you do once you get here is a whole different ballgame. He's no different than anybody else once he walks through the door of the Performance Center." - Triple H on how Kenta Kobayashi will be treated in WWE
July 17, 2014
"I don't think I will ever wrestle again, but if I do, it would be for WWE. I just feel like that's my place. It's where I developed my wrestling abilities and character and that's where I would stay if I was to wrestle again. The good thing about when I left is that I left on very good terms with the WWE. It left the door open for me if I ever wanted to come back. It's not completely out of the question to ever return, whether it's for a short-term or longer. Maybe there will be a point down the line that I miss wrestling bad enough that I'll want to come back. As for now though, I'm just focusing on my company and my marriage and haven't gotten that itch to wrestle." - Kaitlyn discusses her future in professional wrestling
July 17, 2014
"I disagree with scripting. I think the nature of a promo has to come from your heart and your guts and you have to mean everything that you're saying. Now is the perfect time to go back to that formula. You learn to sink or swim. And guys and gals will start to learn to swim again. That's what's going to make the product feel more organic, more spontaneous and more real." - Steve Austin talks about WWE being too scripted

"Yes, I like Hulk Hogan - and here's why. With each passing year, I think I gain a better perspective on what's really important in life. There was a time - a period of many years - where Hulk's name would bring up some negative feelings for me. He was the guy who made far more than I did with a style that was the antithesis of mine. But for the past several years, whenever I see Hulk Hogan, all I can think of are the words Shane Douglas shared with me about Hulk Hogan and the kindness and warmth with which he showered the kids facing life-threatening challenges, who seemed to find strength and inspiration in Hulk's larger than life physique and personality. I'll never forget those words Shane told me, 'Those kids would just be beaming.' Those words are all I think of when I see Hogan, People can take issue with his wrestling style...as they often do with mine. But, when it's all said and done, Hulk Hogan used that oversized personality, and really big heart to ease so much suffering that he saw around him.. In the bigger picture, does anything else really matter?" - Mick Foley shares his feelings on Hulk Hogan

"Obviously this is going to be a big financial changer because you're not going to get all those buy rates. I've had a brief experience with the WWE Network. I signed up for it. I'm not a real gadget guy. I've had an iPad for damn near two years, but I hardly ever use it. I put the WWE Network on there, and I typed in certain matches, they didn't have certain things from NWA or WCW. So I've been going more to YouTube. I think they need a little bit more original content. I need to get on there more to familiarize myself with it. One of the things I've enjoyed is the old Garden stuff and from World Class (Championship Wrestling). I think it was smart to come out with the network. I think it's going to catch on more in the next two or three years, and that's when it will pay off." - Steve Austin shares his views on the WWE Network
June 27, 2014
"He is a pro. He comes to work everyday. He is straight forward and tells you exactly what it is. One of my things was I didn't get to work a match with him. I would have dropped the weight I did and keep the muscle I have. He is a great leader in terms of he talks it; he walks it. He is the face of the WWE and likely so. John Cena gave us all an opportunity to train and have the same training regiment. The training of the NBA and NFL with Olympic lifts for maintenance, for power, better cardiovascular. He was on the forefront. He gave guys an opportunity." - Brodus Clay defending John Cena

"It actually came from a joke. Cody Rhodes likes to tell a story that when he was a little kid he used to watch me wrestle. I'm slightly older than Cody, we're talking three years or something like that, but in his head I'm a really old man. I once walked into the locker room and he was telling the entire locker room that when he was a kid he was watching me wrestling as this character he made up named 'Bad News Barrett' who goes around giving out bad news to people. So we all laughed about it and forgot about it. Then I was invited on the JBL and Cole show and they said they wanted to use me on the show and asked if I had any ideas of what to do. So I said you know what, let's just do Bad News Barrett. I'll just turn up and give people bad news and then disappear. I got a really good response online and fans were loving the catch phrase 'I'm afraid I've got some bad news' and Vince McMahon saw it and thought it was the funniest thing he had ever seen. Next thing you know I'm on TV doing it." - Wade Barrett explaining how his new gimmick in WWE came ot be
June 16, 2014
"I wasn't sold on him. I wasn't sold on the idea that they kept comparing him to Bruiser Brody, because Brody for the longtime wrestling fan was one of the great wrestlers of his era or of all time. But he was known as the intelligent monster and Harper was an out of control maniac. I think once you stop trying to imitate somebody and find your own way things really start clicking. So, I've been watching him and things have really been clicking and after the Wyatts have this amazing run, hopefully as long as possible, yeah, I do think he has what it takes to become a singles star." - Mick Foley shares his views on Luke Harper and his potential to become a star in WWE
June 15, 2014
"First, I don't often explain myself to no one, but I had no idea anyone got let go. I was asked to post about birthday. That's what came out. It was about my 18 year journey. I know where you live, dude. It's a small world. An apology is due. If not, well, you know me. I'll handle our business." - Mark Henry responding to Curt Hawkins about his insensitive Tweet on the day of his WWE release
June 13, 2014
"In good news, 'I'll be wrestling again soon' will actually be happening. Please be patient because nothing happens until the dust settles. Thank you again for your unwavering support. I'll continue to be active on Twitter and Instagram, and I'm working on setting up a Facebook. Much love." - Evan Bourne discusses his WWE release
June 13, 2014
"It hasn't quite hit me yet, and I've been repeating it in my head. I hate to say that my run with WWE is over. Sucks that I'm leaving, especially at this point in my career, but thank you to everyone around the world who have supported me these past few years. I love you all." - Aksana commenting on her WWE release
June 13, 2014
"I hired Brodus Clay into the WWE, he is phenomenal. I remember I met him at a bar where he was a bouncer. There was a fight and I helped him out in the fight. That's how we met. He wanted to be a wrestler I told him to go to wrestling school. There's life after WWE... you're not going to have a job forever. It's the nature of the beast. Some guys have a long run, and yes they could have gotten a lot more out of them, but it's based on someone else's opinion." - Tommy Dreamer explaining how he met Brodus Clay
June 13, 2014
"If Luke Harper were a stock, I'd be buying him now. I've watched carefully for a while, and in the past two months, I've finally become sold on the big man, not only as an invaluable part of the bizarre The Wyatt Family, but as a potential breakout star on his own. Finding your way, and blazing your own unique path is no easy task in WWE, especially when standing in the very long shadow of Bray Wyatt. But Harper has found that way. I wasn't ready to buy into the Bruiser Brody comparison, no matter how many times it was brought up. Brody, a legend in the business, and a huge inspiration on my own career, was known as "the intelligent monster." Harper has excelled in my mind, by stepping off that path that Brody blazed, and finding his own, unique way to excel in WWE - as the guy who can do anything at any time, without any seeming rhyme or reason. The hurricanrana followed by a dropkick makes perfect sense, because it makes absolutely no sense. Here's one wrestling fan looking forward to Luke Harper's matches making little sense, but a huge impact on WWE Monday Night Raw for a long time to come." - Mick Foley praises Luke Harper
June 11, 2014
"No, I don't think it's caused a big hole at all. He split, that's it, he's gone. He was on TV with TNA probably more than he should have been, and he was talking up a lot of prime real estate where younger guys could have been. If I was writing a show, Hulk would have been in one story and he would be on the show one time, so we can feature him, give the people their Babe Ruth and that's it." - Bully Ray discusses Hulk Hogan during his interview with Chris Jericho
June 9, 2014
"Whenever human flesh and bone get slammed on steel like ladders or chairs, or tables, all that stuff, TLC's or cages, the flesh isn't going to win. Those matches beat you up and take a toll. It is what it is. Professional wrestling isn't ballet. Those were very tough grueling matches. It definitely took a toll on us. They took time off our career I'm sure and they beat us up for many years down the road. With that said, those are the matches that made us famous." - Matt Hardy talks about the brutal matches he did in WWE
June 5, 2014
"In some ways, I've been doing it behind the scenes for years. Vince McMahon used to say to me, 'When are you going to stop playing around and come do some real work?' Once I had kids and was looking to be home more and getting a little older, I saw it was time to make that transition. Vince sort of baited me in, saying, 'Why don't you come in to the office once or twice a week on your off days?' And the next thing I know it's, 'I need you to take over this department and come off the road full time.' Vince likes to call me to wrestle in case of emergency. I'm a character they can pull in here and there. But honestly, the less I do it at this point, the better. Even wrestling once or twice a year is hard, and I have to prepare for it as if I'm Floyd Mayweather preparing for a boxing match. It's a commitment, and trying to do that with a full-time job and a wife and kids is very time-consuming." - Triple H discusses his new role in WWE
