At the end of Hell in a Cell, the Wyatt Family came out and kidnapped the Undertaker after his match against Brock Lesnar. Jim Ross was critical of that finish. The legendary commentator felt that WWE missed an opportunity to elevate a younger performer by having him come out to try to save the heavily respected Undertaker. Ross also feels that JBL and Jerry Lawler should have made an attempt to help as well.

While talking about the abilities of Adrian Neville, JBL stated that Owen Hart was a high flying but not anything like this. Innocently, Booker T added to that by stating that Hart did not defy gravity, which is a term used frequently for Neville. That drew the ire of fans, who immediate took to social media to bash Booker, who ended up issuing an apology. In a rather stunning move, WWE has publicly acknowledged the heath condition of Daniel Bryan. Michael Cole and JBL mentioned on Monday Night Raw that the Intercontinental Champion might not be able to defend his title against Wade Barrett at Extreme Rules. During an interview this week, Jim Ross gave fans a little bit of a nugget. He revealed that there is a good amount of resentment towards him from the current group of broadcasters in WWE. Majority of that is not his fault, as guys like Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler, JBL and Booker T have grown tired of hearing fans complaining about their work on social media and demanding that Ross be brought back into the company and give his old job back.

On the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, Rusev brought out a lawyer to help him get out of defending the United States Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania against John Cena. Well, Vince McMahon was not a fan of the guy. He was so irate backstage that he fed JBL some lines on the commentating booth to bury the acting skills of the performer. It is being said that WWE auditioned people at the arena for the role.
