He enjoys working in Japan but would much rather be closer to his family at all times. Once Impact Wrestling secures a new home and the company can afford to hand out big contracts again, Styles could be one of the names brought back.

Those of you that watch Impact Wrestling already know that Samoa Joe did a segment where he gave up the TNA X Division Championship. That led to some speculations from fans as to whether or not it is a story line. Unfortunately, the injury is a legitimate one. Joe has been having some problems with his shoulders. He might still try to work through the pain and perform at Bound For Glory 2014, though.

Congratulations to Mickie James and Brutus Magnus. They're now parents to a new baby boy named Donovan Patrick Aldis. Mickie has been on a hiatus since becoming pregnant, only making sporadic appearances during the beginning. Magnus is expected to still be on the road with TNA, but that schedule is a bit easier now that the company is taping Impact Wrestling in advance.

Rumors surfaced this week that Dixie Carter was going to make an announcement about the new network that Impact Wrestling would be moving to. However, at the last minute, Country Music Television has emerged as a strong candidate to land the weekly TNA show. The network is under the same corporate umbrella as their current home, Spike. CMT is available in close to 100 million homes.

Dixie Carter has been adamant all along about Impact Wrestling being able to remain on the air, and it looks like her team is about to finalize things. During a recent interview, Vince Russo bashed Spike TV a bit because he felt that they did not do enough to promote Impact Wrestling for TNA. David Schwarz, who happens to be the Senior Vice President of Communications for the network, decided to respond by saying that Spike has helped to finance a lot of the moves by TNA. He also noted that Impact Wrestling was given a prime 2 hour spot on Thursday night. He was recently up in Toronto, so he sought the help of Trish Stratus, a former WWE diva who now runs a successful yoga business. On Monday Night Raw this week, fans witnessed Mark Henry making his return and attacking Damien Sandow. The belief is that he will be given a slight push from WWE, so that he can be utilized in an upcoming feud with Alexander Rusev, who desperately needs people to work against after he is done with Jack Swagger. Beating a performer as big as Henry should help further establish Rusev as a top level heel.

Officials backstage are impressed with the audience reaction to the now patriotic character. A lot of that has to do with the heat that Lana and Alexander Rusev have generated. However, management will more than likely give a push to Swagger to see if the momentum can carry on.

WWE is trying to keep this program going for a bit longer because they don't have a lot of other people that Rusev can work with. By doing a flag match, Swagger can win without Rusev being pinned. Alexander Rusev is posing a considerable problem for the WWE creative department nowadays. The staff was instructed to push him up the ladder, but they are now running out of options. His program with Jack Swagger has either ended or will end soon. Rusev cannot be placed into a program with someone lower on the card, and it's too soon for him to work against John Cena. Sheamus has been named as a possible opponent to help Rusev kill time.

WWE is reporting that the operation went well and that Barrett is at home resting now. In a very exciting match, Seth Rollins outlasted Dean Ambrose, Dolph Ziggler, Kofi Kingston, Rob Van Dam and Jack Swagger to capture the briefcase at Money in the Bank 2014. WWE wants to continue the war between Ambrose and the Authority, so they had Kane coming out and providing assistance to Rollins. Despite the heel tactic to win the match, the Rollins victory was actually cheered by a good amount of fans.

Thanks to the help of Kane, Seth Rollins was able to climb the ladder uninterrupted and win the briefcase at Money in the Bank 2014. The Big Red Monster came to the ring and attacked Dean Ambrose to clear the path. Kofi Kingston, Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger and Rob Van Dam were all laid out on the floor during the finale. WWE power couple Triple H and Stephanie McMahon came out afterwards to congratulate Rollins.

WWE sent the diva to her home country of Australia to do some promotional work for an upcoming tour. Management really does not have a long term plan for Santino and Emma, but they like utilizing the two of them on television together.
